They were a game store branded with Hollywood Video which they opened literally next door to a Game Force (a Colorado chain that had like 15 locations in 1996 and.. one (1) location currently)

Similar/not similar Eternal blue came with a truncated guide and you had to buy the full guide a few months later when it finally came out.

Rented the original. I don’t think I finished the first level. Ridiculously hard and unforgiving.

If I’m not mistaken it was part of a last push of Disney 16 bit with Toy Story (also too hard) & Maui Mallard which only hit Sega channel in the us and was on Super Nintendo as Cold Shadow? I liked that game.

Dang. I thought it was the best wave so far. With the best travel courses.

It was always a good deal. It’s literally insane that anyone complains. It’s cheaper than everything else by a mile. Sorry that Mother 3 for virtual boy isn’t included.

I’m pretty sure this will be the second time I’ll ever see the level after that dam in Turtles 1, and I’ve never made it beyond. And on that note I’ve never completed the nes arcade, Manhattan, hyperstone or either version of turtles in time because I never had friends.

I will probably play tournament fighters genesis and nes one time just to humor them, but I loved the snes version.

Still disappointed shredders revenge doesn’t have lord dredd, carter, michaelangelo’s grappling hook, or any of the ridiculous secondary mutations. Maybe in the sequel

Echoing everyone else, the lack of Aliens vs Predator is a bummer. They’ve already made a few disney collections, the door is open to do AVP and all the marvel fighting games NOT JUST MVC2!!! I want them all.

Oh cool I’ll pick up monster hunter stores 3DS surely that’s been discounted as well…

I like these guys and their products but they always seem to be two months behind someone making a better version of what they do. Or in the case of their headphone toggle, Nintendo simply turning on Bluetooth functionality on the switch

3D isn’t necessary anymore, but we certainly lost something going from two screens back to one

Will we see any of the weird arcade courses show up? I would love to play a non frustrating version of that game.

I loved X and went into GX thinking I’d love it, but found it too hard and complex, so for me X is the truest most fun F-Zero.

I used to be in the Majora is better blah blah blah and then I replayed Ocarina on 3DS and realized, Ocarina is a perfect game. It’s a perfect introduction to not just Zelda but video games, as it teaches you everything along the way. But Majora is still my FAVORITE.

My closest analogy is Raiders of the Lost Ark is from top to bottom a perfect film by Last Crusade is my favorite Indy movie.

I bought the four 3DS attorney games last spring (including Apollo and professor Layton) out of fear that the shop would be closing soon, as well as edgeworth on iOS, and am currently in Spirit of Justice.

I really enjoyed Apollo, Dual, and the professor Layton. Miles is kind of a slog, but it’s nice to see characters that are missing from the second trilogy.

They don’t quite reach the highs of trials & tribulation — which is a very perfect game. But they’re well worth it.

Yes. We lost something with the switch having only one screen. If switch too or two or whatever has a second screen? It’s all over.

@electrolite77 I disagree. Most people are signed up for services they don’t even use because of one show or another. This is the typical screaming at Nintendo for giving so much but “it’s not the one specific thing I wanted so they’re obviously the worst”

As a Game Gear user I’m offended. To be truly complete It would be nice to include the genesis Pocahontas, both version of Beauty & the Beast and the PlayStation version of Hercules (which was quite good)

The rain theme from GameCube animal crossing is mine. All I want is for them to bring it back in some form.

Flying Battery Zone from Sonic 3 & Knuckles. It’s a fun level, it more importantly it has THE BEST MUSIC FOR ANY STAGE EVER.

The remixed stage/music from Mania is also a bop.

For modern games I go back to the New Donk City boss battle fairly often. It’s such a fun little sequence.

The button placement on the steam deck is atrocious.

3 & Knuckles is gaming perfection. I’m really sick of seeing Sonic CD as the “ best sonic” there’s too much going on, the UFO stages are not intuitive. If anything it’s sonic 1: special edition.

Expecting to begrudgingly play through Metroid prime while not enjoying it because that’s all I ever expected to get but I really wanted this.

And now, instead I can play and enjoy this.
