@Yoshi3 Just get a Steam Deck OLED. It plays everything new and old. After I got one I was so satisfied that I sold my Switch OLED and gave my PS5 to a roommate. As long as I got this, I have no need for any other devices.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II and Seedsow Lullaby on my Steam Deck OLED (Sold my Switch OLED and games for the Steam Deck OLED last month).

I just got physical copies of Ghostpia: Season One and Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club: Tokimeki Roadmap to the Future so I'll be starting the Love Live! one after work. Once Best Buy has The Hundred Line in stock then I'll be grabbing it immediately.

Getting a physical copy of the Dark Forces Remaster is the only Star Wars game I'm interested in. I enjoy the movies but never got into the games too much.

Picking up a physical copy next week from Best Buy. This and No Sleep for Kaname Date are GOTY for me.

@Indielink For me it was the opposite. Shinigami is why I loved Rain Code so much. Of course it could be because her design is so close to Junko Enoshima, lol. I plan on getting a wall scroll of Shinigami that's being sold on eBay. Kurumi and Halara were also great characters as well.

@Ralizah Hell yes, I'll be getting a copy from Best Buy when I get paid next week. Will likely be Game of the Year for me next to No Sleep for Kaname Date. I loved Shinigami in Rain Code though. She's what made the game so enjoyable for me.

@KingMike Most of what I buy for Switch are imported visual novels for Switch with an English option. Nothing difficult about it at all. They can easily be found on eBay from U.S. sellers if you don't want to go the PlayAsia route.

@spottedleaf Yeah, that's on my wishlist. The PC version of Air just got English support with the Switch version getting it later this year. Similar to what Key did for Kanon last year.

@JohnnyMind If Kanon can get official English support for both the PC and Switch version after 25 years then I don't see how this won't either at some point.

Most of what I play (technically read) on my Switch OLED is visual novels so I'd die for this to get an English language option. If Kanon can finally get it after 25 years on both PC and Switch then I don't see why this can't, lol.

The main reason I want a Switch 2 but I still have to wait until an OLED version comes out.

@Ralizah I had a laptop and Steam Deck OLED last year but had to sell them for extra money when I had a financial emergency. I own about 240 games on Steam and several from Jastusa and MangaGamer as well. Using the UI on the Steam Deck allowed me to install 18+ patches for the Steam visual novels. I plan on getting a Steam Deck OLED again by the end of the year.

@Ryu_Niiyama I only play third party games on my Switch OLED though. 34 physical games since I started rebuilding my collection..

@sanderev I've seen a comparison video of Street Fighter 6 and it's miles better than the PS4 version and on par with the PS5 version.

@GrailUK Doom: The Dark Ages is almost guaranteed at this point and highly wanted by me since I've been a Doom fan since 1994.

The only launch game I'm interested in is Cyberpunk 2077. That's because the only first party games I play from Nintendo are from the NES / SNES era. My Switch is just for third party titles (outside of the Famicom Detective Club series of visual novels).

Cyberpunk 2077 is the launch title I'm interested in owning but that's because I use my Switch only for third party titles.

I'd buy this at launch if it were OLED but I'll have to wait like I did for the original until an OLED variation releases before I buy. It's 2025 and OLED / QLED should be standard.

Once an OLED variation is released then I'll get that day one for sure.

I knew this was going to be announced today. It's one of the big reasons I want a Switch 2.

@omno High on Life which is a current gen game is coming to Switch 1bso those games could easily run on Switch 2.

They going all out this week! My hope is for Cyberpunk 2077, Doom: The Dark Ages, Fallout 4, Silent Hill 2 Remake, Resident Evil Remake series, Alan Wake II, Gears of War, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Starfield, Robocop: Rogue City, Judas and Persona 3 Reload just to name a few.

It's all about The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy and Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club: Tokimeki - Roadmap to the Future. Both releasing April 24.

Project Cold looks awesome and I wish Tokimeki Memorial had an English option because then I could just import a physical copy. That's a true classic right there.

@Wisestfool Just buy them off eBay. I recently got Doom Eternal and Lollipop Chainsaw RePop off eBay. I also got Senren Banka directly from LRG at 50% off since they now have an actual online storefront called The Vault on their website.

@Arawn93 I played Persona 3 Reload on a laptop that didn't even have a dedicated GPU so I was a little surprised it didn't release for the Switch.

I'd bet a million bucks that Persona 3 Reload is already in a complete state for Switch 2
