"Yes, Nintendo do gouge, when they can get away with it. I made no specific reference to SS HD although I do think this product is overpriced. Miitopia. The Famicom Detective games. All MRSP. That’s not refusing to undervalue, that’s artificially inflating value because Nintendo for better or worse know their audience and know that they can charge the maxium possible price and people will still pay it. Like someone said above: Economics 101"

Oh! So basically you agree with me.

Nintendo rarely devalues any of their IP's.

What you think they're worth, however, is a different story.

Just don't throw out the term "price gouging"when you're not using it correctly.

What you don't seem to quite understand, because you dislike 3D World, is that the base game itself, regardless of Bowser's Fury, the online mode and handheld mode, is already a 9/10 by most standards and reflected by it's metacritic score.

Now tack on those modes and improve performance, what you have now is a 9.5-10/10 game.

The score wouldn't suddenly go down because of the perceived flaws by most observers.

I feel that you're not a 3D World fan and that's fine too, but you should state that.

Online mode isn't the most stable? As compared to what?

The game isn't the best in handheld mode? People said the same about XCDE, but upon playing it myself, I thought it was fine.

Browser's Fury is short? I mean, I didn't expect it to be 30 hrs long, so it's like the Cherry on top a delicious sundae.

Either way, the quality speaks for itself.

YOU just don't like 3D world that much and have an issue with the 10/10 score.

The Dual Blades might be right up your alley in terms of mobility from the weapons I've tried.

I suggest you really set aside some time like I did and try to nail down the controls, navigate the menu to your best ability, tinker with all the weapons to nail down a play style, ect.

I kinda went into the mindset that I was buying the game no matter what, so I forced myself to understand what's going on even though I'm not fully there yet.

It's kinda exhilarating fighting these monsters now that I know what's happening to a certain extent 😅
