@The-Chosen-one Not really. It'd be crazy if it didn't. The Deck is general purpose PC hardware in a portable gaming case. It runs a full OS with a desktop by default (just need to switch over to it).
@deafdood It has a different and far more relaxed system that combines time and energy. You can walk around forever and talk to NPCs without using energy/advancing time, while most everything else (like receiving a gift from an NPC) will use one unit. Landscaping and construction don't use any energy at all. Once about 80% of the day's energy is used night falls. Sleeping in your bed will give you a 25% energy bonus the next day; that's the only penalty for not going to bed (no lost items or anything), though you will wake up where you passed out (more or less).
@RupeeClock She isn't guaranteed every week. I haven't seen her for a few weeks and I SCOUR my island every night after 9PM checking for her and Wisp. I've seen plenty of Wisp, often multiple nights in a row.
@mesome713 The device itself is perfectly legal, as it is just an NFC token that can store multiple data sets. The Amiibo DATA is the legal sticking point.
@Mountain_Man Have you checked your town message board? My villagers started talking about an upcoming event after a fishing tourney notice was posted.
@RupeeClock I don't chop wood unless I get low or get a NM+ task for it. I have several full piles in storage already and it doesn't sell for much. My early morning island check is for shakes, fallen branches, fossils, wandering NPCs, bottles, new hybrids, etc.
@RupeeClock That shouldn't happen if you're fully in front of the tree. The response animation will have you facing (near) perpendicular to the tree, so no false shakes.
Not sure I trust it, as their list says "Labelle" instead of "Label", which we've seen in gameplay footage or screenshots (can't immediately find an example).
@readalie It doesn't. The end of the article: "Interestingly, Ahmed mentions that Chinese users can still import global Switch games and use it with their Tencent Nintendo Switch. Online services won't be accessible on foreign games, though."
Both the main unit and the JoyCons got a new revision in this release. And the Switch got more than just a Tegra update (some boar dlayout changes, etc). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6DJQhoh6Ho
@RazumikhinPG NES Classic controllers work as Wiimote extensions. And there are 3rd party controllers that look like NES controllers that work with WiiU (and Switch, etc).
@Reigestugatensho You can see the whole screen in the tweet, but to summarize: 3 Inklings with shooting items, increased shot weapon damage on them, and Jeff periodically appears to shoot rockets at you. Only shooting items spawn. The Inklings are relentless.
@ShadJV Nintendo has explicitly stated that you just need to register the physical game by 2019-01-31. https://smashbros.nintendo.com/buy/ (near the bottom)
@Silly_G They would get the colors from the OS, which gets them from the JoyCon themselves, and you can overwrite the color the JoyCon reports (same for pro controllers).

You forgot to highlight that the new switch is slightly longer (hence why the dock is slightly longer). And that impacts Labo compatibility.
