I’ll take a run through MMX every year. A couple months ago, I was down from a surgery and played it through four nights in a row. For me personally, no other SNES game has that level replay-ability. The music, the controls, the gameplay are all 10/10 for me. Of course now we all know Zero was repaired, but when you only had X1, dang Zero’s death hurt. “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”John 15:13 I reckon that applies to robots as well
@Ooyah Collecting the red coins makes a star appear. You don’t accidentally get kicked out of Mario 64 unless just touch a star, which would complete the goal you are working on.
Have you even played Mario 64 recently? Have you ever actually been “kicked out of a level” for collection 100 coins? No, 100 coins in Mario 64 does not exit the level. It prompts you to save and then you continue playing.
@scully1888 I saw it was advertised as Doom II’s 25th Anniversary, so 25 years is correct. Not the original Doom which would have been 26. Did they change the listing to Doom 2 after you wrote this?
@Shiryu but there’s 2 Punch-Out!! Arcades: Punch-Out!! had Glass Joe, Piston Hurricane, Bald Bull, Kid Quick, Pizza Pasta, and Mr Sandman. Super Punch-Out!! had Bear Hugger, Dragon Chan, Great Tiger, Vodka Drunkenski, and Super Macho Man. I guess my question is, are we getting both Punch-Out!! arcade games? Cause the screen shot is from Super Punch-Out!!
I am so thrilled this game has made it to switch. Loved Double Dragon in the Arcades. Me and my brother played a ton of DD2 on the nes. They better get the story right though. After beating the Shadow Boss in DD2, an angel resurrected Marion... in the previews I saw, she was still dead :/
Love idea of this console, but if the cords are that short, I'll be using the controllers for virtual console games on the Wii. May buy a super long HDMI cable and just put the console next to the couch or something.
Is the main game multiplayer or only the the extra modes? - "Each of these two modes has support for up to four players locally – including Download Play – "
"The developers clearly took inspiration from Street Fighter II: both brothers can execute a Chun Li-style wall jump..." Clearly!? Could have been inspired from the Double Dragon 3 wall jump, right!? Released on Nes, the same year (and month) SF2 hit the arcades.
@geheimxy it will have a rating for difficulty based on completed/attempted ratio. But giving positive or negative feedback, I'm not sure. Sure would love to hear that it does though.

I am pretty sure the Korok in the Deku Tree refers to the leaf as his “face” and not a “mask.”
