@Tyranexx Same here, I got xenoblade chronicles on virtual console, and with some smart saving I might get Pandora's Tower. As for Alola starters, I may be putting a target on myself here, but I'm going for Popplio.

@Tyranexx For me it's the starters; I always vary the type every generation, no definitive preference. The only exception being Gen 3, for I do liek mudkip.

@Tsurii I can kinda vouch for that; X and Y had alot of potential, but they only scratched the surface, the legendaries were just there. What's more, the team was just generic, I'd find it more believable if they were more social darwinists or wanted to gain immortality, but nope, destroy everyone who can't afford to be in their club.
Plus it came after Black and White, so obviously expectations were high for plot.

@gloom I can agree to that. So many people are playing it safe by going with the familiar. It's even worse with people who don't know what they want; first they complain about everythings the same, then when things change, they still complain.

@ULTRA-64 I would agree on getting Xenoblade. I nearly finished and let me say, it's well worth the money.

They could've taken a note from the Persona 4 animation or better yet the Persona 3 movies; really alleviated some of the hate people had towards Ken Amada. But like you said, this should've been an opportunity to expand the lore rather than adaptation of what they already have.
