Started at 256, then 512 and now 1Tb. Mind you I wanted a 1Tb from the beginning but until a few months ago they weren’t available. But I’m really looking forward to the 1.5Tb Express cards so I don’t have to split my games between them (which Nintendo does not make very easy to do because they don’t allow you to name your cards and keep a filing system that tells which game is on which card☹️)
Will most definitely get, day one+. But only after a few reviews indicate positive SW2 compatibility. Would love it better if SW2 ported vrs SW2 compatible.
Not enough launch titles and third party accessory developers are way behind (Micro SD Express cards over 256G and docks come to mind). Really good hardware that needs more support, makes me wonder if Nintendo was stingy on the developer kits?
Well it’s my turn to lament on the lack of Switch 2 release games. Is this the worst new console game release in history? I guess part of the issue is the two-headed monster of compatibility with existing switch games means third party developers don’t feel a need to develop immediately. But, I also wonder on the slow pace of developers to upgrade existing games to Switch 2 native support. Did Nintendo issue enough developer kits?
My issue with "Key-Cards" is right now Micro-SD EX cards are crazy expensive (If you can find any 1TB cards at all) and you will NEED 1TB cards to download all the games that use "Key-Cards"
Some GC games had support for WS if you had the component video cable (supper hard to find and expensive today). GC games on the Wii also support it. There are lists of GC game titles that support it online.
@GrizzledVeteran, Amen Brother, my first computer was a Ti99. This is the worst system launch, game wise, that I can remember. Its literally a hardware launch with the potential of more games in the future. Great hardware, no games.
My biggest complaint so far is the lack of NEW first and second party games at launch. This has to be the the most thread bare launch I've ever seen. And a few upscaled previous backward compatible releases don't cut it.

Re: Review: R-Type Delta: HD Boosted (Switch) - The Best R-Type? Possibly, And It's Never Looked Better
SW2 port? Or just compatible, and how well does it play on the SW2? Should be a question any post SW2 launch review answers, I would think.

No haptic feed back? That’s almost a dealbreaker for me. I might put it on the “let’s see if the price goes down next year list.”

Re: Switch 2 USB-C Chip Might Be Breaking Compatibility With Third-Party Docks
I’ve read the problem is the Switch 2 dock needs 20Vdc when outputting video, not the 15v needed by the original Switch.
