This case won’t hold up in court, there’s already a precedent for this with Sony vs Bleem, plus yuzu is not providing the prod key or the game files themselves, Nintendo is most likely to lose in court & even if they win it’ll be most likely overturned in the appeals & Supreme Court..

Yet they cheap out on hardware..they need to stop being cheapskate and give us hardware that’s capable of playing modern games instead of giving us scraps that can barely run modern games.

Yesss!!! I was disappointed with the direct at first but this makes up for it. I haven’t played the original because it’s too expensive for the original game cube, glad don’t have to pay inflated prices to play this now.

@Corvus96 being content is fine but some fanboys saying it’s unnecessary and saying we don’t need 4k on Nintendo games = not wanting it hence the denying part, I just think it’s hypocritical to hate on the new Switch when those same people who think it’s unnecessary will buy it down the line.

One person wanting to be backwards is fine, but dragging others along with them cause they hate progress is not cool in my opinion.

@johnvboy Yeah nobody is saying it won’t come out but Switch 2 deniers denying and dismissing it saying “we don’t need it” is just funny to me since the same people saying we don’t need a new updated Switch will also buy it as soon as they have the means to that’s why I made a the joke, I find their inconsistency & hypocrisy to be funny.

@MediaKing it’s not even about the backwards compatibility they’re complaining about, they’re complaining about how we don’t need 4k and the current hardware is enough, like why would Nintendo release a new Switch next year if the current hardware is enough lol..

@Maxz they’re people who hate progress, they want people to be stuck with an outdated old hardware, if you look at previous articles about the next Switch you’ll see a bunch of them complaining about a new Switch possibly releasing next year, saying how the current Switch is enough and that we don’t need 4k.

Gamefreak could honestly put all the Pokémon in gen 8 & 9 during release or if they wanted to put out an update, the Switch is capable enough for that, they just don’t want to put any resources or effort in doing so cause it’s “Pokemon” and people will eat it up regardless…Gamefreak know they have a cash cow and can get away with anything even if they put out garbage so long as it has the “Pokémon” branding in it.

@HotGoomba well it’s still gonna be laggy compared to ps4/ps5…they could even put an update to make it 4k 60fps on ps5..

No i’d rather buy a ps5 instead and play it there without lag or having to play the cloud version or any bottleneck because of Switch’ old and weak hardware.
