I did make a statement though, my opinion on the matter, and my feelings about the so called SJWs are indeed my own. I honestly think women as a whole have been oversexualised, but people only seem to to. get upset when a fictional character becomes too sexualized.

The amount of modesty in your average female these days is as low as it has ever been. Yet we complain about the sexualisation of a fictional video game character. One that has still been treated fairly modestly compared to what you see at the average night club or beach. I think we have a bigger issue...

Not saying there are not modest women these days, but oversexualisation of the female gender as whole has been reaching new heights every year in just about every medium out there. (Especially TV and music.) SJWs need to find real issues to worry about. Like covering up those women that I was talking about.

I'm kinda both ways here. I've always been happy with my Club Nintendo Elite Rewards (MM Soundtrack, Giant Mario Bros. Figurine, Deluxe Mario Pin Set, etc.). But they've all eventually ended up doing the same thing. Sitting on a shelf in my house to look at once in a blue moon.

I will most certainly be able to enjoy my reward this year: Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. I never got to finish the Wii version, and this will let me take it on the go. I just finished Tropical Freeze, and I've been hankering to play some more DKCR. I think it would've been nicer had they gave some games that were on par with the MK8 promo, but I'm happy with what I got.

Getting Evolve on PC, just like any multi-platform "AAA" game these days. Splatoon should've won either best shooter though. Zelda U will win game of the show next year. (Unless we somehow get it before next June.)

It's so dumb too. Madden 13 for Vita was a legitimate console-style Madden game on the go. It had a few flaws, but the system was still new to them. I figured by the time Madden 25 rolled around, they'd have ironed out the bugs. Then they go: "We're only releasing on HURRDDCOORRE SISSTEMS liek teh 360, PS3, Xbone, and PS4! Who gives a crap about Nintendo, or handhelds for that matter? Oh I know, let's release a horrible freemium version of Madden on tablets that looks like it came out on the N64!"

No, but seriously, I'm not trying to show bias here when I say Nintendo won as far as the console devs go. Last year, they got last place. Only the most blind of fanboys would disagree. This year, they got some unexpected steam from fairly lackluster showings by Sony and MS and rode that to the moon and back. Hit after hit after hit. There was not a single game shown during the Digital Event that I don't want. As a matter of fact, I NEED to find a copy Xenoblade Chronicles now. XCX looks so good.

But seriously, here's my list of newly revealed games I'd want from each showing (that are exclusives, that is; if they're coming to PC, I'm getting them on PC):

Sony:
Uncharted 4 (One of the only first-party non-Nintendo series I enjoy.)
Bloodborne (From Software, what can I say?)
and that's seriously it.

Microsoft:
Scalebound (Although it just looks like Platinum's Monster Hunter clone.)
and that's all. Ori and the Blind Forest, as good as it looks, will be coming to PC.

Nintendo:
Splatoon (Quite possibly the winner of "Game I Never Knew I Wanted But Now I Want the Most")
Mario Maker (Community-created Mario levels on a daily basis? Yes please!)
Fantasy Life (Was skeptical at first, but now a day-one buy)
Captain Toad (I actually said "I'd play an entire game of this" during SM3DW)
Mario Party 10 (Playing as Bowser is fun? #Exactly!)
Yoshi's Wooly World (Looks like an amazing co-op game)
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse (More Canvas Curse, awesome)
Zelda U (No explanation needed)

Like I said, not trying to steer you away from a PS4 if you really want one for keeping your gaming community alive. But it sure is fun over in PC Land too. >

@ejamer They said Nielsen did the ratings, which is just a polling company. I've participated in one of their studies (TV-related) and it was quite weird. Just write down everything you watch for a week then send it in and we'll send a check for $10. (A CHECK for $10.. Without a bank account, I couldn't get that thing cashed for less than a $10 fee.) Either way, they survey some people and release statistics based on those surveys. Many companies (like Sony, it seems) take those ratings as gospel. I don't know why. I'd trust my own statistics more than Nielsen's.

@blaze8937 Okay, that's what I was wondering. Like I said, I'm not trying to condemn you or anything. I just thought money was an issue and felt like I should address that it shouldn't be. I can't blame you for wanting to keep your gaming group intact or the difficulty in learning keyboard/mouse when you've been console your whole life. (It took me a while to get used to it, but now I love it. I still use a controller for couch PC gaming though.)

@blaze8937 Not to sound like one of those "annoying" PC Master Race people (I consider myself a part of the PC Master Race on reddit, but not the kind that spend all day trolling console pages and whatnot just to get a kick out of it), but if you're going to drop the $400 for a PS4, you can afford a gaming PC that will beat the PS4. All for the price of a PS4, a second controller, and one game. If you still want one for the exclusives, go ahead. But don't let price keep you from getting a gaming PC when the alternative is a pricey piece of hardware like the PS4.

80% have only bought a Wii U as of my vote. LIES, SONY!

@Mus1cLov3r I know, I wish they'd give GBA an official release on 3DS... It works perfectly! I was lucky enough to be an early adopter, but plenty of other people don't have the same pleasure. When it comes right down to it though, I wouldn't count that when saying you have them all, since very few people out of the current owners are Ambassadors. You had to get a 3DS within the first 4 or 5 months of its release, I think. I did have it a little easy though. Getting LoZ and AoL for free too. I picked up OoA and OoS when they were running that promo (buy one, get one half off or something).

Ocarina of Time 3D. Once I get that, I'll have every single downloadable Zelda game downloaded to my Zelda 3DSXL. I already have Legend of Zelda, Adventure of Link, Link's Awakening DX, Oracle of Ages, Oracle of Seasons, Four Swords Anniversary Edition, Minish Cap, and A Link Between Worlds. Only missing OoT3D.

Not discounting StarFox, but that tower defense game looks pretty awesome too.

Unlike the "full Smash Bros. roster" that was leaked (and then prayed by fans to not be real), this is one that I hope IS real. Oh man, I'd love to race as Diddy again. And Plessie? Heck yes!

@Yasume, each PW game is $17.99-$19.99 pre-owned at Gamestop right now. All 3 of them. Cheapest copies I can find for each is $10 for PW (half.com), $9.75 for T&T (Amazon), and $15.99 for JFA (also Amazon). Prices don't include shipping.

This will probably be $19.99, but even at $29.99, it's fairly reasonable for 3 games that still sell for close to $20 on the aftermarket, without having to deal with that blurriness that comes with upscaling DS carts to the 3DS screen.

It'll be an eventual pick-up, but not a first day buy for me.

@Damo, has anyone on the NL Staff contacted Nintendo formally about this technique?

Only about $32 bucks at that price, definitely not bad. And if it isn't region locked, it would be well worth importing.
