Re: Cliff Bleszinski Thinks Wii U Naysayers Will Still Buy It

Waveboy, half of the devs you listed are in the same company as Nintendo or have had some development with them. Minish Cap, Brawl, Star Fox Assault Brag about Sony, Microsoft, Activision, EA, 2K, or even... Sega. Even though Sega can fit right into that category with Capcom and the gang.

But on topic: I'm loving this guy. I dislike Gears of War but if he can develop new IPs and even port Gears 3 over to Wii U, a lot of newcomers and vets will come to Wii U for various reasons especially if its superior to the 360 version just like Darksiders 2 will be.

Man. Now this is what I'm talking about. A scary RE game thats going to have me on the edge of my seat. The graphics look amazing by the way and couldn't agree more with "It's quite possibly the best looking 3DS game".

But I'll be the first to say: RE4 scared the crap out of me.

@Ryno

You almost missed my comment? Lol. I totally see what your saying. I remember when the PS3 came out back in 06' and my good friend Randy was so psyched for it. He was telling me how it was $600 dollars but he didn't care because Final Fantasy was going to be so worth it and this and that. He didn't play it much and while he was stuck playing the PS2 instead of its HD hybrid I was enjoying myself playing Wii Sports and Excite Truck.

The PSP was outrageously priced at one time along with the Dreamcast and XBox. you see the thing Nintendo did right with the Wii and DS was the various bundles (even the Gamecube had bundles), whereas I don't remember the competition having these said options. (The Xbox 360 and PS3 do, but I'm speaking more of last generation.)

Re: Talking Point: Should Nintendo Try to Recapture 'Hardcore' Gamers?

Chrono_Cross

I will personally love everyone here if they don't stop using the terms "hardcore" and "casual".

No sh*t right?

I remember buying, selling, and most importantly playing video games and not caring if Mario Party was casual or if Legend of Zelda was hardcore. Who really cares what games are classified as? As long as you have fun with the game, them being causal/hardcore shouldn't matter in the least.
