One of my biggest regrets not getting a Wii u during it's time. My bro bought one hoping I'd get one too but I wasn't interested in gaming at the time. Now he doesn't game anymore and I partially believe it's because I did get one. I love my switch, but some of the features like virtual console. The HD Zeldas and the other games that haven't made it to switch really sound appealing to me. I've bought all of the deluxe games apart from Pikmin 3 and love them all except Bayonetta 1 and 2 (I put 20 hours into both and they just didn't click for me, sorry bayo fans!)

Just started Romancing Saga 3. Enjoying my time so far with it. Although I should really be finishing off Secret of Mana in the Collection! Have a nice weekend all!

Took a plunge on rune factory. Couple of hours in so far. Overwhelming at first but the request post helps keeps a steady learning pace.

About to start a 2nd playthrough of Yooka Laylee Impossible Lair but I can't peel myself from Dr. Mario on NES online. Have a lot of fan made traditional worlds I need to play through on Mario maker 2 also!

@Noble_Haltmann hi, sorry I haven't replied. I've been very busy. I'll get back to you when I can. It was after visiting their website (Playtonic) I realised I had to give this game a shot. After reading the people creating it, leading back to banjo kazooie I knew I had to get it. I actually like Yooka Laylee more than banjo kazooie. Be warned, I know others who have played it, not enjoying it. But at that price you can't go wrong. I strongly recommend this game to all platformer fans, but check out the demo if you have your doubts. Beautiful game 👍

I enjoyed Shield. But I liked Lets go Pikachu more. Perhaps because I had nostalgia glasses on.

@gcunit in the UK, where's the best place to buy them from? And the average price you paid for yours. Understand the current circumstances will have changed the price of them if it has.

I rediscovered the nintendo magic back in 2017 Xmas when my wife bought me a switch. I missed the 3ds era and I'm pretty gutted I did. Sounded like a good handheld

@skulltulips is 100%ing rayman a daunting task? Currently playing through yooka Laylee IL. Nearing the end. Just gotta grind IL to try and 100% it. That's a daunting task indeed!

Here's to another 90 hours of SMM2. And I haven't even made 1 level. Thank you for all the makers out there. There is some tremendous talent. The last update shown me that one small add-on can make a world of difference. Great update.

Gavin price sounds like a true stoic! I'm loving his work, I just cant get enough of Yooka Laylee. Best of luck to all the developers out there during these tough times.

Yooka Laylee and the impossible lair for me. Absolutely obsessed with it now. Feels like a true rare game. Only downfall is the load times but I'm playing this game for the long run. It's the Rare magic I've longed for. Well done Playtonic! Also bought the Toddler and kids puzzle game for the kids. My 5 and 6 year old daughter loves it. A bit pricey and not really much content for the price. It's promised more themes which i hope they do.

Trying to trigger the last few Nabbits on New Super Mario Bros. Deluxe to get my 5 star save file. Then I'll be moving onto a few of the challenges. Amazing game for me.

Just bought final fantasy 8 on sale. Loved it back in the day. Hoping to complete the game without the use of cards if that's possible.

I feel shameful as I have never touched a final fantasy game prior to ff7. Heard only positive things about them. Especially 4 and 6. Would be nice to see what the fuss is about!

I hope this happens. Was obsessed with this game when I was a kid

Went to GAME at the weekend and the prices were ridiculous. Sw/Sh was priced £54, LM was priced £50. People must still buy them but you can find them much cheaper with just a quick search online.

Only played 10 hrs of shield. Enjoying it. Will be buying this next pay date. Good job GF

After trying to get into astral chain, bayonetta 2, fire emblem 3h several times and failing to keep me interested. I have come to the conclusion that those types of games are not for me (anybody else feel like that?). Traded those in for Zelda LA and Mario u deluxe as they seem to be more my type. So I'll be playing those abd yooka Layla this weekend! Have a great weekend all

Dove back into Pokemon Lets Go Pikachu again, trying to catch a shiny Gastly for Halloween vibes. Managed to get a shiny Growlith last week.

I've tried getting into into it, I have bayonetta 1 and 2, astral chain. I struggle understanding how it should be played. I have completed 1 and 2 but with bad scores. Lots of people say it just clicks and once it does it's amazing. Hutnit just hasn't for me for some reason.

Is being a game developer really as good as it sounds?

Super ghouls and ghosts has had about 30 mins of my time. Purely for the rewind feature. My dad completed that game back in the day. Respect to anyone who has managed to do it without rewind.

First time I played ff8 I got sick of t rexes in the garden and decided to take one out at a low level. I don't know how I did it but I was mega chuffed. Also maxing out all of the gfs and 100% ( minus the cards). This was the day prior the net for me. This plus silent hill 1 were my favourite ps1 games. Problem is now though i don't think I could play through it again. Will probs wait for a sale. 7 and 9 had a sale a month after release or so

Done. The final results would be good to see.

Just had 30 mins gameplay. It's good, finding the buttons and instructions quite overwhelming on screen. Loving it though. Just need more practice. I have bayonetta too. Which I'm gonna dive into after this game.

@JamesJose7 Fire emblem 3h is my first FE game. Took some getting used to in terms of understanding what the game was about. Still in part 1 and about 10 hours in and went the golden deer route (normal/classic). A mage died early in my squad leaving me with a member down for now. Was devastated when she died. I quickly learned that a wrong move can have dire consequences. I think it's a amazing how a game can get you attached to the fictional characters and how your initial judgement couldn't be further from the truth!

Have the developers patched this game yet to reduce loading times?

Gutted it didn't get a physical. Probs not buy it as the file size is too big for my liking

Getting Fire emblem 3 houses for birthday tomorrow. Wife says it was a nightmare to buy as nowhere had it in stock. Will be my first fire emblem so not sure what to expect and went off NL review score! Hope I like it. Have a nice weekend everyone!
