The Megadrive/N64 games would be a nice novelty for a little while but I'd forget about them pretty quick as I've done already with the NES/SNES titles.

I'm literally the opposite.
If it had turned out to be Astral Chain 2 at that point I would have lept around with joy, doused in the tears of Bayonetta fans.
As it stands, I also enjoy Bayonetta so couldn't be mad.

Start of the trailer, I was all excited and was like "this is totally bayo 3", then they did the Astral Chain fakeout and I was literally jumping for joy thinking it was Astral Chain 2 (I really prefer that game now) then Bayo showed up and I couldn't even be mad.

I finished it over the weekend and really enjoyed it.
Though I prefer the NMH2 structure where it cut out the open world and jobs in favour of a list and 8 bit mini games

I couldn't get into the combat when I first tried it, felt like I was trying to pat my head and rub my belly at the same time.
Think I was also kinda annoyed that it wasn't Bayonetta 3.
But I started fresh 6 months later, the combat clicked and now it's in my top 5 Switch games.
Forget Bayo 3, give me AC2!

Back when this first released the reviews were a bit tepid, so I torrented it to make my own mind up on it.
I LOVED it, so I bought it and convinced some friends to buy it, too.
Now I'm about to buy it again for Switch.
Hope the sequel is good, from what I've heard the development has been very rocky.

Me and my partner were using Netflix on the Wii U in our room nearly daily so this has been pretty inconvenient.
I had to ask a friend to give back the PS3 I gave him years ago to stream it on that instead.

Kingdom Battle was a delightful surprise in the Switch's first year.
If they can improve upon that I'd pick it up day one

I'd like the rumoured RE for switch to be revealed to be a real thing, and I'd really love for a new fighter to be announced for Switch.
Failing that, I'd be happy with a port of Super Street Fighter 4 AE

It's been niche for years. Along with going multi plat, it was all the qol changes that finally opened the series up for new players.
I tried twice before to get into the series with Tri on Wii and 4 ultimate on 3DS and it just didn't grab me.
Rise has me absolutely obsessed, I'm 140 hours deep already.
I loved it so much I picked up MHGU to play in-between Rise updates and I'm really enjoying it.
I can appreciate the quirks of the series alot more now that Rise has me so in love with it.
Delighted the series has become such a phenomenon.

Richard Ridings didn't voice horny in the Dungeon Keepers.
He narrated between chapters and other random voice lines during gameplay, didn't he?

Dragon Quest 11 was an absolute joy from start to finish.
I'd be all over a new mainline game in Switch.

Played the demo and watched a few gameplay videos, that was enough for me to take the leap and buy it. Downloading it now. This seems fantastic!
Can't wait to get stuck into "correcting" all the wrestlers, career mode and hopefully playing some four player with friends down the road.
Like a more chaotic version of No Mercy.

Disappointed not to see Body Harvest on there. Real hidden gem of the N64 library.

I loved this game on PS3. I'll wait for performance reviews, if they're good I'll be delighted to have this on my Switch.

Doesn't make storyline sense given this is 100 years in the past, but would love to play as Prince Sidon

Mario 3D World is probably my favourite Mario game.
I love how it takes the format of SMB3 and SMW and switches it to a 3D perspective and adds multiplayer.
It's an absolute joy that feels fresh but nostalgic at the same time.
Plus, I love cats.
Preordered these, couldn't resist.

Really hoping Pikmin 3, Super Mario 3D World and Wind Waker HD get ported. 3 of my favourite Wii U games by a mile and would gladly double dip.

Wasn't too hot on Wonderful 101. Loved the art style and theme, but couldn't get in to the gameplay. Super finicky or something
