Kinda like the Mario games. The story in them is very weak. They are great games to play. Zelda is exactly like that, although OOT, Wind Waker and Twilight Princess have stronger stories IMO.

This looks like a fun shooter. Cool music too.

Well it was one of the biggest N64 games so thats not much of a surprise.

This week is a big improvement over the last VC update we got, even if MERCS is the only game for me this week. Winter Games sounds alright but i don't like sports that much. I am actually suprised it took this long to arrive if you look at the title (since we are in winter). Maybe thats how the review got up quick.

BTW does anoybody know if the patch for Last Ninja 3 and Mayhem arrived yet on the shop channel?

Right looking on youtube it looks like I won't be downloading this after all when it comes to Europe. Why you ask? because we will get the crappy 50hz version which will have unoptimised S-L-O-W-E-R music.

I hope Hudson gives us those games

I would say we will pay an extra 100 points for Pulseman. NA got Alien Soldier and Super Fantasy Zone with import charges. Not sure i want to pay an extra 100 points for a 50hz conversion though.

Ah Pulseman. Similar to Gunstar Heroes if I am mistaken? Been waiting for this game to be announced since it came out in Japan ages ago.

@cheeseman Well personally I reckon OOT has the slight edge but this is still a brilliant game that every Zelda fan should try out. And i still stand by my last comment it is a flawless game.

I thiink i will get this over the PS2 version after all. I don't really care about the lack of co-op since i am only play games single player anyway.

Oh and I am a Transformers fan too Soundwave FTW.

Wow another rubbish update. I would rather play the SNES of Clayfighter but even then I would not be that intrested. I hope this is Nintendo's way of getting all the crap out before giving us the great games. So far this year out of 6 titles nothing has sparked my interest.

Another suprising week. It looks alright but this doesn't excite me as much as the Mega Drive versions.

Another puzzle game? Wow I already have Puyo Puyo 2 and Pokémon Puzzle League so i can't see myself downloading this even if it's cheap.

Nothing amazing for me on this list although Galaxy Force looks quite cool. Will we ever see Super Darius 2 as a Hanabi Festival title?

This looks quite cool. I am tempted to get the PS2 version since thats arcade perfect but I wounder if this is worth a look for extra features.

Judging by the screenshots this looks better than Bomberman 93. Worth a look for single player?

Ah I knew Hudson was still giving us more TG-16 games. Bomberman 94 looks like a good game but I love to see the likes of Gradius and maybe Darius Plus.

Actually it has been happening since November.

Those 1 game weeks are going to be normal from now onwards sadly.

I suppose the dodgy box art is fairly normal for the SMS. Even so i still think WBIML has the cheesiest box art ever created for a Master System game.

Not a bad update. I am sure quite a few people want this although it's not to everybody's taste.

There is nothing minor about this. GIVE US 60hz NINTENDO!

Now i can't decide which is the worst box art. Although Zllion looks far too basic to capture my eye.

The worst cover art I ever saw. I don't think i will get this though since the Wounder boy games don't interest me much at all.

Nothing for me this week but I am happy we finally get Mario Golf 64. Although I think it's stupid to wait 3 months extra months just for another N64 game that came out in other regions ages ago. I guess we will get Smash Bros in July then lol.

I have this on Animal Crossing. It's a really fun game that's great in single player. Balloon Trip is quite fun too especially since it's tests your skills.

Apparently PAL is supposed to be better due to better resolution. If the developers had bothered to get rid of the borders, slower music and slow game play then the games would be better than the NTSC versions.

This is no joke. Puyo Puyo 2 and Gley Lancer both run in 50hz . Whats worse is that PP2 suffers from "slow music syndrome". I hope MUSHA doesn't suffer from this problem.

@ timp29 & Outrunner This will must likley to run at 50hz when it comes over here. Hanabi titles are supossed to run at 60hz but for some reason Sega converted their imports to 50hz which is just wrong.

@ Tragickingdom There is a difference in PAL 50hz and PAL 60hz. 60hz is the same as NTSC but in 50hz for us PAL users the games are 17.5% slower and some games espically NES and Genesis titles have black boarders with slower music.

Lucky guys. Sadly it looks us europeans will have to wait for a while. A great week.

Looks alright but far too expensive for my tastes and defeats the purpose of bringing this to Wiiware. And it's another puzzler too. Do we really need tons more puzzle titles?

1 Game? That’s no good. While I understand there won't be much games compared to last year due to January been a quiet month but we still have loads of catching up to do with America. And this game looks far too over priced for a WiiWare title.

Looks like the games that haven't even come out will take even longer now it's finally taken of the ESRB site.

Titles no longer ESRB rated doesn't mean a certain game will never come. Hagane was rated a long time at the same time with Aero Fighters and Uniracers according to a very early article on this site.

Remember just because a title is no longer ESRB rated doesn't it won't come. Just look at Mario RPG it got taken off and it came on the VC a year later. I guess Ninty just want to put tthe games out at a later date.

Those games were rated far too long ago to expect them to come out soon.

The WORST pal conversion on VC. The music is completely butchered and sounds more like funeral music plus I find the slowdown too obvious. A decent game ruined by somebody who can't/won't be bothered to properly optimise this game.

Don't forget to upgrade your weapons and armer too. It helped me with boss battles.

The first Mega Man is harder than 2 and 3. The 2nd I found too easy and the third was tricky but still easier than the original.

@ LinktotheFuture Portrait of Ruin was my actual first ever Castlevania game. It's actually very good. I would recommend it to any Castlevania fan especially if you are just getting into the series.

About time. It's a cracker of a game. I guess we might see Mario Golf next week then. You North Americans been getting great weeks 4th time in a row.
