Great news. I never expected Arcade games to come out to the VC without Nintendo telling us.

You can use 4 Wii Remotes, along with one of them connected with a Classic Controller, or you can use a Gamecube pad as an alternative. Clever huh?

This does sound great. I will consider a download when this arrives in europe.

It does look good. And judging from the video the music is quite decent too. Looks like I will have to download this when my WIi is online.

Actually I am kinda tempted to give this a try. Although since this a Konami game, it might be another bad PAL conversion

This does look good. The game in action has great animation for a SNES game. I will pick this up later when i get the chance.

Don't go thinking this won't be released in america. It's been ESRB rated.

I actually find level 6 really hard. I can beat the Mobile Phone version but not this. This game can be unfair when you lose all your powerups.

Will download when I get my Wii online again (I have to use other means of getting my Wii online ).

This is fantastic news. It's been ages since we got a SNES game. Great choice too.

Stores like HMV are best avoided for Wii points anyway. They cost about £17 here in UK. Too bad Whsmith don't sell them for £14 anymore.

I am not sure myself if the Twinbee OFLC rating is the same as the PC-Engine version.

And as for Super Turrican 2 I have no idea when it was released, all I know is that it was released in europe.

@ Adamant 8 games are rated for PAL VC. All we need is Detana!! TwinBee to be rated for all 9 to come. Hurry up Nintendo

Another "meh" week. I guess NA are joining us in average game weeks now.

It would be interesting if this came over here in Europe. I would rather buy 5000 point cards than just random 2000 points, since I download quite a lot.

YES. Finally Ogre Battle. I was worried it would become a NA exclusive. Those other games look cool too. Hopefully no more dire weeks for PAL for a while.

Whats up with the lame weeks us europeans are getting? Jungle Speed only sounds ok and FTT sounds a bit rubbish. The higher price tag is just stupid.

The video looks and sounds alright, but I will still have to pass on this one. Especially if the game is boring as the review makes out. Might check out the TG-16 version someday but i doubt it.

I actually would like Ai Cho Aniki as a Hanabi Festival title. I envy anybody here who owns a Japanese Wii.

Yay more crap, while NA is getting all the great games, we are getting garbage as an alternative. I am guessing we are getting more shovelware for Wiiware next week.

The music in the game is drowned out sadly. Don't know if it's just me, but I can hear it after liston to it carefully after a few goes. Great game though.

This game is a bit underrated if you ask me. This is is well worth a look if you like side scrolling shooters.

I wonder if this will come to europe via a hanabi festival? Espically since it's a strategy game.

Another great week! I really hope this gets released in Europe. Although I also get a feeling it will be one of those games that stays exclusive in NA.

I can't actually remember if i played this before, but this does look quite cool. Doesn't look as good as Shinobi III sadly.

Oh I wounder if us europeans will get those next week. I would love to try those games out.

I think japan does get imports (I think Japan never got Sonic 1 & 2 on the SMS, or Vectorman) when they were first released.

Not bad but not great either. The Revenge of Shinobi is my type of game and one i will add to my wish list since I really liked Shinobi 3. Although i wounder when we will get Shinobi 2?

Space Invaders on PC:Engine must be one of the stupidist releases on VC yet. This is even more banial than the SNES version. A complete waste of a CD ROM2 format.

This does sound like a cool game. The bad english translation gives me more incentive to get this too. Will consider a download soon.

An excellent shooter. Although it does feel more like a 8/10 rating i still think it's one of the best shooters on the VC. The shop system is very unique too.

Well it does take time to get used to. I used to find the Phantom boss hard too, untill I played the game again for the third time. Plus navigation is a walk in the park for me. But you do raise good points though. 10/10 easily for me since it's another one of my faverite SNES game, and deserves it on it's own merits too.

One word WOW. I guess that was Nnintendo's suprise. A great update I might add. Now if only one C64 game was added with another game per week to get rid of those annoying solo weeks.

This is a bit underrated. It looks like a cartoon game, but this game is quite hard. Great graphics for a mega drive game too.

A great arcade conversion. This is very difficult but well worth a download for any shooter fan.

Not by genres but by the quality of the games themselves that. I always thought of Lords of Thunder as an 8 while Zelda OOT is 10/10 for example (both deserve 5 stars but should have different scores).

Maybe my example is not that great but I reckon it's better to see which game is better as they don't have a even scoring system now.

Not as good Sonic 2 and 3 on the Mega Drive. Plus I think the music and level design is a bit meh compared to the other games. This has aged quite badly.

I reckon it's 6 stars, but the PAL version is horrible though.

I actually don't really like this game. The game is way too easy and when you get to the end, it is really cheap. Plus the slow PAL music doesn't help.

Wow 4/10. This is one of the most unfair reviews I ever read. Sure this game is easy and it ends too quick but this is a fun little gem. The music is quite good too. This deserves something like 7/10. 4/10 makes it sound like a bad game when it's not.

I actually prefer this 'new look'. Nice job you guys. This will help with comparing with unique games like Zelda against other games like Lords of Thunder that had the 5 star systems, but would be different in scores. Although I do disagree with some scores (I think a 4/10 for Yoshi's Story is way too harsh compared to 3 stars, it makes it sound like a bad game)
