Nintendo wouldn’t release another console yet. 2025 at the earliest. Maybe even nov that year ready for Xmas.I don’t think it’ll be called anything including the word switch, even if it is back compact which I’m sure it will be. They won’t use the same type of box colouring and it won’t be that ugly. They need to have a big ip ready to go on the new console that can be released either on release or very near it. Also Metroid prime 4 is soon to come out I hope and I’m sure that’ll be on switch not it’s successor.

Kid Icarus for sure! Would love to see that on switch, I’d even settle for the 3Ds one remastered.
Other then that it’d be great seeing another donkey kong country.

I really hope in the future Nintendo do a collection with the first 3 paper Mario games on it. Would be amazing to play those.

@PeterAndCompany is that the level with the bridge?
If so there is a easier way to beat it.
If you carefully jump onto the rail at the side you can walk the way, it made it tons easier for me.
You do have to move slow and get the jump right but at least it helped me to finish off the level.

@Ogbert Too true, its a shame that sony have all but dropped most of those that you've said. Maybe they should have kept going with some of them as they were absolute bangers. There's also nothing stopping Sony doing their own kind of version of call of duty is there!

@Clammy Couldn't agree more but it seems to be the usual way now. I guess in 5 years time they may be announcing DLC first and then the game its for after XD

Im really hoping for a proper follow up to Rayman Legends someday. Its been 10 years next year! Origins and Legends are 2 of my all time favourite platformers and its a real shame that Ubi have again forgotten him apart from the odd cameo. Please Ubi just release a follow up!

I know it’s a different system, but when the uncharted collection was released on ps4 the online for 2 of the games wasn’t included. When the bioshock collection was released, the online for bioshock 2 wasn’t included. So getting online play for 4 games on 1 release isn’t too bad. I’m just happy to get the collection of what’s on there.

Way to let the scalperrs know. They're all rubbing their hands now. No chance of getting this in the U.K then unless i want to spend stupid money to a scalper. Which i would never do.

The few i have are all unboxed as i use them in the games, display them, and don't have to find space for all the massive boxes.

Games don’t have to always be bigger and bigger and stuffed full of more and more things. When your older and have less time to play games it becomes a turn off to actually start some of these games and does put me off. I don’t have a spare 100 hours to do all these extra side quests. I’d sooner spend my money on a game that will keep me entertained with enough to do for 30 to 40 hours max, with a manageable map, then a game that is 100 hours plus with a map the size of a country. I do actually hope that more single player games that funnels you on a set path come out. Done right they can be good and are perfect when you don’t have tons of gaming time available.

Would love a sequel to Mania, maybe 2 new characters etc. Would be way better then the new 3d Sonic Thaticantrememberthenameof.

@RareFan Agree completely, i was late to the game and got it in a sale, glad i did as its not a patch on Mario Kart 8.

Looks really good but the asking price puts me off. Over £200 is just way to steep to justify

Even if its only graphical things away from game breaking bugs making it unplayable (all Cyberpunk) im not really interested in the collection anyways, as it seems a lot for basically a few ports of sonic games that are quite a few years old and are already on multiple systems now anyways. Ill only bite if it goes dirt cheap (like £7) in a sale.
I can see why die hard fans are angry though.

I’d also add in Rayman Legends, shovel knight and tony hawks pro skater 1&2

I can’t wait to post his arms and fingers.

@thefettuc spot on, adding the pro controller in the bundle along with a couple of joy cons and making it a bit beefier in specs probably throwing in a game would probably bring it up to near the same price as the current switch. Also it wouldn’t cut off some games like how the current lite does so everything would still be playable. Apart from Labo iI guess. Cmon Nintendo get it done haha.

I would actually like to see a Nintendo switch that’s just a dock. I already have a lite but wouldn’t really need a full on console that’ll just be hooked up to the to all the time. A cheaper switch that has no screen and only connects to the to would be a cheaper alternative to people who already have the lite or to people that just want a tv console and nothing more. I know it defeats the purpose of a switch, but so did the lite,

@OorWullie Im not really into the 3d ones myself but i can see that being a great idea. A bit like how nintendo deal with mario, they still do 2d and 3d games. And in a way Sonic too.

Rayman Legends seriously needs a sequel. Its amazing and its sad that Rayman has just been left to the dust again.

If people don’t like it, don’t buy it. Why are some people so cruel and unthinking nowadays, just thinking that the world owes them everything and if they don’t get it, just comment bile until you get what you want. Some people are so vicious these days.

Would love to see Half Life 1 / 2 and the Episodes in one set, and Team Fortress 2 released aswell. Would be great!

Really hope this comes out over in the west. Will be a day one purchase for sure. I’m a fan of the mini consoles, even the ps one, as not having that first time around, gave me the chance to play games I’d never played before, plus I got that one for 20 quid!

If it runs well I may pick this up physically. I had this on PS4, about a year after it came out, digitally. Liked it but lost interest about 30 hours in and never went back. Being on the portable switch, and with all the updates since them, I may give this another chance.

Would have been amazing to have 3 & 4. massive shame.

I can't help but feel that it looks like a tech demo and not a finished off game. Im not into it so i aint buying.

I’ve got a feeling that this will be a big mistake, hope I’m wrong but I’m really not convinced they are going down the right route. Especially with how well mania and generations were received, there’s still a lot of fans and love for the older style 2d.

I loved this game, had it on PS4, but never managed to finish it as I kept hitting a glitch near the end, fell through the floor and it auto saved. Even reinstalling the game and starting fresh it still happened. Hopefully this won’t have it.
