Re: 3DS Drops to $169.99 from 12th August

I hate to rain on your parades who am i kidding, I love it but technically, these aren't 'free' , so to speak. We're paying $80 for them. Fortunately, the line-up is amazing, and they haven't announced it in full yet, but still. Not free. :3

I think I have died and went to Heaven.
seriously though,t the GBA line-up is mind-blowing already, I can't wait till we find out what the next 5 are. Oh, and NES is cool too. :3

@James I have two little questions for you.
1.) Will there be only twenty games to 'choose' from, or will there be more than twenty and we'll have to make up our minds? D:
2.) Any word on how long you have to download the games? It won't matter to me unless they actually are offering more than twenty games, meaning I would prefer to wait and pick my favorites from the bunch, but I'm just curious how long you have after they're initially available to download them.

Re: Collect These Sonic Generations Screenshots for a Continue

The graphics look great, and if the online co-op is still planned, (and actually remains in the final version) this just might be a great game. I'm definitely looking forward to it, despite NL's less than ideal preview, hopefully the final build will be better. D:

Re: Iwata Discusses More Built-In 3DS StreetPass Games

pikku

I carry my 3DS whenever I go anywhere pretty much, and to thisday I've only gotten three hits. So more streetass content would be great for people who actually pass other 3DS owners, I'm not one of them. But it couldn't hurt to keep them coming, especially if they're freee DLC. That would be awesome.

Re: Wii U is Technically 3D-Ready

@7 exactly, Nintendo seems to be learning from their mistakes Hopefully they'll learn from the piece of crap known as the 3DS launch and include some decent first party stuff like they have for every single other system besides the 3DS. D:

Re: Talking Point: The Resident Evil: Mercenaries 3D Save File Debate

pikku

@James, Oh, okay thanks for clearing that up. I wasn't trying to start trouble, just thinking aloud. (typing, whatever D: )

Anyway, back on topic: I think if they hadn't announced they were going to do this and just did it, there would've been a lot less of a fuss and most likely not many people would have known/cared. Many other games have gotten away with it as other people have pointed out, and this would have just been another game.

Re: Talking Point: The Resident Evil: Mercenaries 3D Save File Debate

pikku

I'm sorry, but can I just say that I dislike these 'talking point' things? Especially when they become featured and are always the first thing on the NL homepage. I mean, isn't this exactly the purpose of the forums? To talk about stuff? Sure lately it's been filled with silly 'games', but stuff like this could be what makes the forums awesome again.

Re: Feature: The Sonic Games That Never Were

pikku

No offense to anyone who does, but I never liked Sonic games. Just too fast for me, I guess. I tried to get into Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 on the GCn, because my brothers have so much fun playing them, but I could nevr get used to the laggy controls and terribly crappy high pitched voice acting. Sorry Sonic, but Mario wins by a long shot.
