Come on, guys. you're acting as if they are absolutely going to announce t a new 3DS model next week. And even if they do, which we have no indication of, btw, then it's not likely to come out until Spring next year at earliest. this is what we've got until then. And even if it does end up being announced, be thankful they';re giving you the option to stick with your original 3DS by using this add-on instead of forcing you to buy the new 3DS in order to play games that require the second stick.

At first I thought this looked and sounded completely stupid, but now that they're saying that it adds L2 and R2 triggers, and overlaps the R button on the 3DS, it sounds like it will be much more comfortable. Honestly, it doesn't look that bad to me. anymore. I know I'm gonna get it, if only for Monster Hunter.

Well, to be fair, I'd be all over this if there wasn't a subscription fee, but I don't know. I'll have to wait for more details on the pricing and specifics of gameplay before i make a decision, something we should all be doing. @James haha, exactly. you humans are so fickle. >.>

They're probably saving Kid Icarus and Punch-Out for 3D Classics. That's what I would do, anyway. especially seeing how the latter two 3D Classics have been considered overall meh.

@18. Oh no, I didn't mean to belittle the SMG camera at all. I loved it, and it was just about perfect. My only gripe with it was that every once in a while, it would stay in an uncomfortable position and the D-pad wouldn't let him adjust it anymore. That is where the extra stick of that controller would come in handy. But yeah, I agree with you completely, the SMG games have gfreat cameras.

I really would've wanted that first one. The second one does look awkward, and unbalanced. But playing Super Mario Galaxy or other games would be amazing like you described. ;___;

I wasn't impressed with the difference between the Wii and PS3 versions odf the game, and it plays much better with the Wiimote imo, so if I end up getting it, it's definitely the wii for me.

Well, the only thing bad about this is the plethora of Wii games that utilize the Gamecube controller as an option. Other than that, I would be perfectly fine with getting this new model, since I have five working Gamecubes in my house.

Let's just say that if the voice acting is the worst part of this game, we're all in for a treat

Besides, I would think Wal-Mart would want to sell them at normal price for as long as they could, because as soon as they start selling them at the discount price before Nintendo actually sell it to them at that price, they'll be making a considerable loss on each console. But I guess maybe they wanted to make sure people bought it from them, and hopefully in doing so would earn enough to make up for what they were losing.

This was a great read, and while I would love to see a new Prime game on either the Wii U or the 3DS (or heck, even the Wii, if Nintendo wants ) But I'd also love to see a new game either in the style of Other M or Super Metroid. Or perhaps they could try something new. I'm up for anything Metroid related actually
