If it's true that you can't edit downloaded courses, its going to have a huge impact on the Kaizo level community, making the really hard levels almost impossible to practice let alone beat.
@Maxz I had the same feeling as soon as I got my farm to a mid-size level and started worrying about relationship levels, especially maintaining relationship levels and remembering birthdays. Best thing to do if you’re getting stressed out is to downsize and specialize. Animals are great but that morning grind of milking, collecting eggs, petting and shearing can be soul destroying after a while. Especially considering they aren’t that profitable even after processing to artisan stuff. (Which is even more anxiety inducing busywork) I eventually just downsized to a pair of cows, a duck and a chicken, more as just pets to ironically name after celebrities or their corresponding food dishes Pick a specialty and just focus on that, like beer, wine(ludicrously profitable) or something weird like coffee . As for relationships, I just picked the few villagers I liked and then ghosted everyone else, especially Willie. Damn Willie...
Or better yet, ignore everything I said , forget your responsibility to your family, children and grandfathers death wish and just roam around giving inappropriate gifts and rummaging through bins. Those broken CDs will be valuable someday! Right? Right?!
Definitely looking forward to this. Put a lot of time into the single player, but you get to a point where you have a fortune of gold and everything you’ll ever need. The best part about Stardew Valley is deciding on a goal and then working towards it at your own pace. It will be interesting to do that with other players.
Are the Japanese police usually this strict or is this outside the norm? Arresting someone for making less than 200 pounds modifying toys seems incredibly harsh.
That seems a little too obscure to be more than an assist trophy... Though if smaller characters are in the running , The Knight from Hollow Knight would be incredible! Though the likelihood rings hol... Never mind
From what I've heard 4k is amazing and that's great but the initial investment in a capable TV is still a big obstacle for me. Between 4k and HDR, the price still seems too steep to upgrade. No doubt when 4k is affordable 8k will be announced. I don't remember upgrading from SD to HD being this expensive?
@Maxz Well said, bravo, kudos, applause. A considered, sensible and god dang reasonable summary of the "situation". Even the word situation seems strong here. This whole controversy is so asinine, hollow and overblown.
@PanurgeJr The excellent "Tired old hack" podcast, episode 18. Great podcast, especially if you were ever a fan of the now defunct Official Nintendo Magazine or CVG.
@Ooyah I know right. Even off this site he somehow turns up. I listened to a podcast yesterday and 30 minutes of it was the presenter talking about the ridiculous things he said.
I would have liked some more new stuff shown off but overall I thought it was a great presentation from Nintendo. Bethesdas support sure was a surprise
@SLIGEACH_EIRE You're saying a huge multi-national corporation is about money?! What?! Stop the press. Nintendo only exists to make money. That's how the world works. Incessantly moaning in every single thread won't turn the company into some kind of non-profit joy provider funded by customer sentiment...
@SLIGEACH_EIRE Are you suggesting Nintendo should organize breakfast cereal promotions in every country that stocks Nintendo products? It doesn't make any sense to target tiny countries like Ireland. It represents a miniscule fraction of their potential customers.
Although I would love to go shopping someday and see Mario themed Flahavan's porridge...
@Maxz Oh woah, that's some competition! Oh well, semi-reasonable is better than semi-goshdarnawful. Nice job!, and there'll be plenty more socks to blow off.
@SLIGEACH_EIRE Sure it would be nice if the Wii U had this feature but geez, lets not blow things out of proportion. As far as video game controversies go this is trivial to the point of insignificance. You paid for a Wii U and you got a Wii U.As did I. Nintendo doesn't owe you anything.
Miiverse was one of the best things Nintendo ever did.I met so many great people there. I'm still surprised they decided not to continue with it on switch.
@Spoony_Tech Definitely... As soon as I heard it had a capacitive touch screen I was worried about a super fragile glass screen. Although a plastic screen has its drawbacks (prone to scratching) I still feel its the better option.
Have to say I'm somewhat disappointed, the Wii U browser wasn't perfect but it was super convenient for quickly googling a solution or hint when puzzled or stuck in a game.
@iGen I'm well aware of how advertisements are designed. I'm sure Audi would say anything if it meant selling more Audis. That doesn't mean I can't enjoy a well produced (if slightly saccharine) ad with a beautiful very much needed message. All ads are manipulative, that's how ads work.
@KirbyTheVampire Which discussion? The discussion about the performance of Nintendos ad during the Superbowl or your shoehorned in whine about how an advertisement about men and women being equal upset you.
