Re: Hideki Kamiya Says He Wants To Make An Okami Sequel "Someday"

Interesting to read that so many people never finished it or some had problems with the controls. I have to admit Okami started incredibly slow. But for me the enjoyment lied in the great characters and the upgrading of your weapon of choice like the stray beads. The upgrading kind of felt like Hyrule Warriors. The farther you play the game the faster you can end the battles. Also making fluent brush strokes with the wii mote was incredibly satisfying. I would love to see a sequel being made

Re: Ken Sugimori Wants Pokémon Designs To Be As Memorable As Possible

A little extra touch is always good, but I feel they overdid it with some Pokemon. I actually think the new ones are less memorable than the simpler older ones. 'That green catterpilllar' (Caterpie) is easier to remember than 'that little clown with flippers, a beaver tail and freckles'

Re: Miyamoto Gives a Surprising Insight Into What He Looks For In New Game Designers

@impurekind He still isn't a gamer in his free time, like in the digital or hardcore sense. He sees games as products for people to enjoy: https://www.digitaltrends.com/gaming/shigeru-miyamoto-games-not-art/. He does like playing and experiencing things tho like playing music and gardening and may occassionally play a game in his free time. I don't mind he looks at it that way. Secretly he is an artist if you ask me, he just doesn't feel like it himself.

But I also agree you do need gamers in the business. Iwata was a gamer for example.

Re: Poll: Have Your Say on Satoru Iwata's Nintendo Strategies

What they should do is create an streetpass app on phones so you can exchange Nintendo information with your phone instead of only 3DS. Everyone carry his phone with him. After exchanging through this streetpass you could upload the data to the nintendo systems for use

Re: Former Sony Developer Feels The Wii U "Won't See Another Christmas"

I think the mainstream people don't want to buy the WiiU and its games because they don't expect much difference compared to wii games. You can say whatever you want about graphics, but besides it making it more "pretty" it's also an important way for regular people to judge if there is a difference between games
