Re: Nintendo President Apologises For Joy-Con Drift, Can't Comment Further Due To Ongoing Lawsuit

Bonjour everybody;

Since I removed - cut it with a small nail scissor - the very small rubber flap under the joycon stick and re-calibrated it after; the drift does not happen again. My son and grand-daughters did the same and no drifting anymore.

The drift started to happen when playing Mario Kart and Witcher 3. Since then; I played 320 hours on Witcher 3 and never had the problem again.

Thanks

Re: Poll: Have You Ever Had Problems With Nintendo Hardware?

Had to send the original XBOX 2 times for free repair and the
XBOX 360 3 times for free repair. Since then, I haven't bought Microsoft console. Never had problems with Sony console from the PS1 to PS3 (did not buy a PS4 yet), PSP, and the original VITA with the OLED screen. As far as Nintendo is concerned, I had the drift problem with the left Joy-Con; but fixed it with the calibration procedures described by Nintendo.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (August 17th)

Last week I bought The Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass for the DS on the Wii u virtual console. The virtual console allows many ways to play a DS game. The option I prefer is to use the GamePad to mimic the lower screen of the DS and my TV for the upper screen of the DS; as well as visual option turned ON to smooth the graphics.

Re: The Physical Edition Of Trüberbrook On Switch Sees The Return Of A Proper Game Manual

This is great news!

However; why don't all games have online manual; similar to the 3DS/WiiU simply by pressing the HOME button?

Last year I bought StarLink Battle for Atlas and no instructions are provided; not even a simple explanation of all the items on the HUD display and/or maps. However; I completed the game and enjoyed it very much; but some kind of online manual would have been appreciated.
