Holy f***, this direct was P A C K E D. Was NOT expecting a Super Mario RPG remake or Luigi’s Mansion Dark Moon remaster. The best Nintendo Direct to date for sure.

Aw man, this was the first Luigi’s Mansion game that I played, and the first game that I played on the 2DS that I got about 5 years ago. My nostalgia for this game is REAL. I’m DEFINITELY getting this one.

@FirstEmperor Oh wait, that’s my bad. It says 2014 when it should say 2004 since it first came out in Japan. I didn’t check the release dates in the tweet. Sorry, you were right.

@FirstEmperor It did, you just got the dates messed up. It originally came out in 2005 for PS2 (2006 for Europe,) and then was ported to IOS and Android in 2014, and then remastered for 3DS in 2017.

I’ve pretty much always used motion controls in Mario Kart Wii. It just felt more natural. However I never really liked using the steering wheel accessory, it felt too clunky. In MK8 Deluxe I used buttons. And I’m still proud of myself because of the insane records I got on certain courses in MKWii (with the use of ultra shortcuts of course. I got a 00:45.779 on Grumble Volcano. I’ll see if I can lower that time.)

I still can’t figure out if I’m red-green colourblind or not. I’ve had people confirm I’m seeing colours correctly, that I’m seeing the same as them, but when I take the test, I have a hard time telling what number is there, and almost everytime I pick the number that the test says red-green colourblind people see.

@Riverlution I would recommend MGS 2 Sons of Liberty and MGS 3 Snake Eater. If you want the best versions of them, get MGS 2 Substance and MGS 3 Subsistence.

I still collect amibos, but I only get them 2nd hand. What I am far more interested in, are Skylanders. I’ve amassed a huge collection of them, I love them just as much as the games I’ve collected.

Minecraft and Half-life 2.

A Half-Life collection consisting of Half-Life (and all of it’s “DLC” like Blue Shift, Opposing Force, Decay, ect…), and Half-Life 2, with Episode 1 and 2. That’s what I want most.

@Anti-Matter RNG stands for Random Number Generator, which basically just means luck. Whether you get a certain thing from something or a certain AMOUNT of things from something, or something like that, unless it’s already pre-determined, is dependent on RNG.

Huh. People have been commenting here since from 2007 to 2020. Most of them have been gone from this site for a while now, and I don’t think they’re coming back soon, which is kind of sad to me. It’s weird, I’m getting this sense of nostalgia. Ah. What am I even talking about?… I should probably play this game, it seems pretty good. I’ll give it a try one day.
