@judaspete That might just be for the old ones due to contracts and stuff, I think in this case they meant new games (and also maybe rereleasing Heretic 2)
@Ventilator No, Factor 5 is still its own thing (not exactly a proper company, just a name owned by three of the original employees that happen to also work at Epic now)
@tektite_captain Well, actually, I heard they settled out in court and the conclusion hasn't been made public yet, but a lot of people just assume AtGames got to keep the royalties
@John_Koshiro No, it's there to show all the different interpretations of him around the time
I want to see Ghostly Adventures get acknowledged to show that Bamco hasn't entirely swept that failure under the rug (although I guess you could argue that it being on HBO Max counts)

Re: One Of The Rarest SNES Games Ever Is Making A Comeback
@Ventilator At least the anthology remixes (well, more specifically, new mixes based on the anthology album remixes) can be played in-game
Re: One Of The Rarest SNES Games Ever Is Making A Comeback
@Ventilator Oh, I thought you were talking about the Anthology CDs from 2013
Altho I can wager a guess that the 1993 CD tracks will be bonus tracks
Re: One Of The Rarest SNES Games Ever Is Making A Comeback
@Ventilator The CD thing was known when the listings were first put up in August 2020

@tektite_captain Well, actually, I heard they settled out in court and the conclusion hasn't been made public yet, but a lot of people just assume AtGames got to keep the royalties
Re: Pac-Man Museum+ Brings 14 Games In The Series To Switch
@tektite_captain Not quite the general rights, just the royalties (i.e., who gets the money)
Re: The Developers Of Hit Switch Game 'Calculator' Are Making A Popeye Game

Re: 'Pac-Man: Birth Of An Icon' Celebrates One Of Gaming's Most Timeless Characters
@John_Koshiro I was asking because it shows his design from the Hanna-Barbera cartoon on one page, as seen in the previews on Cook & Becker's website
Re: 'Pac-Man: Birth Of An Icon' Celebrates One Of Gaming's Most Timeless Characters
Does it acknowledge that Ghostly Adventures happened?

The Zool remaster ported to Switch, along with The Chaos Engine and Assault Suits Valken/Cybernator on NSO
Re: Feature: Which Artist's Work Would You Love To See On A Pokémon Card?
Celal Kandemiroglu
Either him or Shinya Kumazaki (the art he does in his spare time on his personal website is absolutely crazy, some of it is even Kirby-related too)
Re: Nintendo's Metroid Dread Marketing Campaign Is Well Underway In Japan
The icing on the cake is that Metroid is so unpopular in Japan, Metroid 2 was released there a year after it was released in the US

@niner I'd hate my fans too if they were so annoying
Re: Hand-Drawn Game Guide Kickstarter Taken Down Following "Legal Trouble"
@anoyonmus Maybe because it was still technically being profited off of in a way?

Re: The Micro-Console Revolution Isn't Over Quite Yet, It Would Seem
@samuelvictor Redimensioned isn't a sequel, it's a widescreen remake/remaster of the Genesis port of the first Zool game
If it sells, I hope they give the same treatment to Zool 2 (hopefully basing it on the Jaguar port too)
Re: Feature: 20 Super NES Classics Nintendo Should Bring To Switch Online
Zool (if Redimensioned is PC-exclusive)? The Chaos Engine? Metal Warriors?
