I don't get why people are upset that Nintendo would release a larger one, if you don't want it then don't buy it! some of us would like it.

If you love your current 3DS then don't buy it. It's for people like me that want a larger screen, I find it hard to enjoy the current model because of the screen size.

I don't think Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy or Mass Effect is going to do much to help the Wii U. Those games are overrated, what did Metal Gear Solid do for Gamecube? I remember getting it and thinking this is it? this is what my playstation 2 co-workers have been bragging about for months?

5 is being generous... the Xbox 360 and PS3 were based on hardware at least 8 years old, the Xbox was introduced 7 years ago.

Well we got Monster World IV a couple of weeks ago, that's probably it for the year...

Not sure I will like the Wii U controller... especially if only one person can use it... but if it will allow me to play DS/3DS games on the Wii U I will love it!

You forgot the dogbone NES controller, that was a huge improvement.

I agree with the score, this game is excellent, it is similar to Shantae but I like this one better.

I prefer the gameplay of the original game, Uprising is disappointing...

memories of the Wii launch wasn't as fun for me... Walmart made us wait outside for the launch and I waited for 13 hours and it was freezing, I would have brought a better coat but never thought they would do that... and I got my Wii shortly after midnight but barely got to play it because the system update on the first night took hours...

ugh... all I need is another device with a rechargable battery...

I didn't think anything was wrong with the camera, it was fine. I hope they don't totally change things and make it bad...

Yeah, Nintendo has the largest retro catalog in the world and this is all they can do? disappointing... when VC was announced for Wii years ago I thought I'd be able to download all my favorites but most still aren't available.

@grumblebuzzz - I agree about the backlighting in the older systems but there are 2 versions of the Gameboy Advance SP, one has excellent backlighting, exactly like the 3DS. That's the one I have. It's the model that says improved backlighting on the box cover (something like that)...

Retro City Rampage is in Nintendo Power this month... could it be coming this year?

If they would get rid of the &$%#$ rolling tube type of graphics I would actually buy another Animal Crossing game!!! holy cow are they going to do that when the Wii U version comes out also? so annoying!

Some of the same games are on Ipad for a fraction of the cost.. Shantae is $12 in the DSI store, $4.99 in the ipad app store, and that's kind of expensive because most ipad games are 99 cents.

Duney - I'm complaing about the Wii shop not the 3DS shop, I don't buy much on 3DS, I'm still waiting on a larger screen version of the 3DS, I can barely stand playing on screens that small. Especially when they take a game meant for a TV screen (NES) and shrink it down... yuck, are those amoeba's I'm shooting in Kid Icarus 3D classic?

Nintendo could be seeing our complaints, you never know... if we sit back and say nothing they will assume we are happy and never change.

This is unbelieveable! how can they not be embarrased by the Wii Shop these days? they may as well go ahead and close the shop, it's useless.

I love the Nintendo Wii, I own every Nintendo console (and a few others) and the Wii has an amazing library of games, where else can we have such a wide variety of games? and not just the games made by Nintendo...Endless Ocean? nothing else out there like it. Tiger Woods with motion plus? no other beats it, I'll take the perfect controls over HD anyday.

So jump ship already Nintendoftw... I for one am looking forward to the new Nintendo revolution all over again

Everyone complaining about graphics should realize one thing... in 10 years the best graphics we have now will suck, PS3 and Xbox 360 games will look bad, that's the way it will always be.

What game from 20 years ago would you rather play now? a fun one or a Genesis or SNES game with killer graphics? graphics do not hold up over time, gameplay does.

umm... you don't sound like a Nintendo fan anyway. The controller is not trash and will bring a whole new experience to gaming. I believe the Wii U will be an amazing system and definitely be more powerful than those two developers make it sound because I've seen comments from other developers saying that it was. Anyway, power does not make a great game, if graphics are the only thing you are concerned about then go watch a blu-ray movie or something...

Thank god we got Carmen Sandiego! I was so afraid that something would come out today that would cause me to play my Wii tonight and lose sleep. Now I can rest assured that we only got crap once again.

I think the camera was fine... hopefully they don't mess things up trying to change it...

I'll take a great game with a typo over a game that sucks any day!
