This is great news! I just wish I wouldn't have bought the 3DS version because I'd rather play it on a TV.

@Birdman - Physical office is going away but what about the upfront costs? I can get a cheap MAC and develop for IOS for $99 a year, isn't 3DS like $10,000 to get started?

I just don't like the washed out look, it needs better contrast, the dark lines should be black and it would look much better.

Honestly I overlooked this game, it may very well be a fun game but when I saw the graphics I just thought yuck and I'm not really picky about graphics, I still play NES... I may check out a video on YouTube, maybe... but if you want even more sales you should give us something that looks more professional.

IOS has literally hundreds of releases every day it is becoming more rare that something actually worthwhile is released and when it is the game is surrounded by hundreds of crap games, I'm sure that hurts things.

it's still worth it, yes it's on disc already but no game comes with 40 playable characters, 40 bonus levels (challenge levels) for the normal price of a game. If toys were not a part of this game you would only have a few characters if that. I'd rather have it this way than to expect every character I buy to have to download a game update.

Why? does Disney not have enough characters?

It would have sold a lot better on the Wii U if it has better controls for single player.

From what I've seen the Disney game doesn't look as good as Skylanders... the best game will win.

I dunno... seems more like they are just keeping enough animal population around so they will have something to kill later. That's why they can't shoot the females, they need those babies around to kill later...

What does frontal lobes have to do with anything? besides... deers have them.

I don't own a gun and if I did, I could not shoot an animal except in self defense... but this is a video game so anything goes!

@Bass_X0 - this is a survival game, if you were lost and all the animals started to attack you I suppose you would just lie down and say eat me because I don't want to hurt you?

People are taking this way too seriously, it's a game and no worse than most others, I bet most of you would have no problems if GTA 5 comes to the Wii U.

Huh? You need to try the Wii version, this one blows the Wii graphics away... any playing it with anything other than the Wii Zapper is a waste.

Any chance they will patch it? or do they just not care...

Wow, the game and even the title pic looks like a copy of the Unleashed games (3DS)... or called Remmington Super Slam games on Wii...

I can't wait until Gamestop is no longer allowed to sell open products as new...

I don't understand the desire to play them on the Gamepad, consoles are made for your TV, want a portable? the 3DS works for that and can go more than 15 ft away.

I don't understand why they refuse to make one of these for the Wii U... they want more Wii U sales right?

It is pretty much identical to the Wii version except the Wii U version has HD graphics and displays character info on the gamepad. Not much more to say, they are both good.

@rjejr - the "open world" in the previous game was small and with Giants there are places on the ship to explore... it really has no affect on the experience.

I wonder why we get higher prices for some games? Dangerous Hunts 2013 on Wii U is $50 with no gun and I can get it on PS3 and 360 for $25 and $29, the Wii version is $20 ($40 with a gun).

and games like Tank! Tank! Tank! are $50? I do like it but it's clearly a budget-like title.

Here is the problem, Nintendo has no games at launch that would appeal to non-gamers, my mom liked bowling on Wii, my grandma liked it also and wanted it, EVERYONE in the family loved it, trust me, they would not want a Wii U so they can chase Mario in Nintendoland.

@Prof_Clayton - Wow, I'm glad I'm not there (wherever that is). Gamestop is the last place I would ever purchase anything. I even order from Amazon before going to the local Gamestop, especially when it comes to games, I like my new games to be new. I have bought scuffed "new" discs at Gamestop in the past, I also got one game home to find that the weird color of the cover art was really soda that leaked down in front of the unsealed game case and had the cover stuck to the clear plastic on the game case. My brand new Mario for DS had a case that looked beat to death.. My brand new DS strangely had fingerprints all over it, Gamestop is ridicilous.

Skylanders 3 is going to be announced on Feb 9th, I'm sure that will be at the top of my list.

@RetroBrony91 - you lost me... are you saying it was a pirated cart? if so, maybe you should have purchased it at a store

I won't hack my 3DS but I would love to have an adapter to play import games.

@King_Boo - I don't believe it affects sales as much as people claim, I hate piracy but most of the games that pirates are stealing are games they wouldn't have bought in the first place.

@ncedcaveman - yeah that is pathetic, IOS has most games for 99 cents and ocassionally given out for free and piracy is that high. Hard to believe people are that lame...

Think what you want but when I had my flash cart for the DS I never used it for anything other than trying new games before I bought them. It sold me on a lot of games that I never would have trusted to buy. You can't trust game reviews alone.

Wow, I love back to the future but that car looks really stupid compared to the Zelda characters.

"If you're expecting another Castle of Illusion, you're going to be disappointed." - I sure hope it's not like Castle of Illusion where once you lose your lives you have to start the whole game over... and with no save feature, yikes!

@TOMBOY25 - It doesn't have much inside, the work is done in the Wii U. I would never buy one at that price.

No disappointment here... Metal Gear games have always been overrated anyway.

And no books, video games, TV, etc... is going to make a normal person kill someone, that guy is clearly abnormal.

@Pikachupwnage - I think he is kidding about the bible but you have to admit that it does have a lot of voilence in it, just look at all the wars that have started just because of different religions....

How is it unusual for a person who is interested in guns and shooting to like a game that features guns and shooting? that doesn't mean the game made him do it, many normal people play those games also, this guy was not normal.

I haven't played a good Christmas game since the Grinch (PC), that's excellent... but probably not what you are wanting...

@WindWakerLink - Just get a Retron 3 and you can play all the SNES and Genesis Mickey Mouse games, it also plays NES but there aren't really any good Mickey Mouse games there...

@Vampire-Jekyll - Yeah, Robin Hood was good also. You should also try Fantastic Dizzy for NES or Genesis, it's excellent!

900 coins sounds like a lot, it probably cost $2 to make them. I'd rather have the SNES controller that the USA didn't get...
