I'm sure, as LegendofPasta99 said, that Gaijin will have included some sort of twist that makes it more than simply BEAT 2. We will have to keep an eye on this one.
I enjoyed the first Rabbids game, and Rabbids Go Home, but I really didn't like this one (my brother got it for Christmas). It just seemed tedious and boring, not to mention whilst walking to an exit area I managed to walk straight through a wall, trapping myself and forcing me to restart the game.
Well I'd go as far as saying it's a Tsutarja Poke Doll, since I generally tend to refer to her by her Japanese name, plus as the Poke Doll itself is a Japanese import, I guess it makes more sense. But yes, I do know, strictly speaking, she's called Snivy, but whaddaya gonna do?
Also, lucky you getting Kirby, we have to wait until February still.
I was surprised and pleased to get Sonic Colours for Wii. I wanted it, but didn't ask for it as I knew my parents were getting me a Fujifilm S2500HD for Christmas.
Other than that I got a Smugleaf Poke Doll, Yoshi Rucksack and 12 Months Xbox Live Gold. Oh, and a Mario Kart Pez-style dispenser.
I'll pass on this as I bought the original Dragon's Lair, and once I'd finished it, I never played it again. Even when I was playing for the first time, I was bored by the gameplay.
Bought this, played this, put this back on the shelf.
Pretty lazy stuff by Nintendo here, and the games offer nothing new over the Super Mario Advance versions I already have. Plus the fact it reverts to 50Hz, 576i and 4:3 when I play means the £30 odd quid I spent on my component cable was a waste.
Official Nintendo Magazine gave this compilation 90%. Unbelievable.
There simply has to be a twist, it can't just be BIT.TRIP BEAT backwards. The presence of beat combinations too wide for the paddle to hit, and the round beats might show this.
Also notice the Black/White/Red coloured music mode above GIGA in two of the screenshots, and also the two Commander Videos in the last screenshot.
Yeah, but at the end of the day I suppose you have to consider what those games actually are. On the iPhone and such, they're likely to be small timewasters such as Angry Birds, whereas on the DS and PSP you end up playing proper games. I'd much rather play games on my DS than on my Nokia E63 anyday, the ease of gameplay on the DS and the quality of titles available far outstrips anything Apple has to offer.
It's strange, I really don't know what to make of this game. I've no intention of buying it, but I've seen review scores all over the place, ranging from the 8/10s to NL's 3/10.
I still haven't finished FATE yet! Btw, my eyes hurt after only a 30 minute session, whereas I can play Halo or Mario for hours straight. Just goes to show how intense that game is.
This is great news! Although I will put off buying it because a) I'd rather get the DSiWare version and b) I need to save my money after spending £100 on a giant Smugleaf plush.

Re: Cross Everything and This Monster Hunter 3DS Rumour May Come True
Whilst a 3DS Monster Hunter would be fantastic news, I'm afraid to say I'm not a big fan of the franchise myself, having played Tri.

Re: WiiWare Super Meat Boy Gets Canned
Looking at their Twitter, Team Meat have said publishers they've been chatting with don't see SMB as a worthy investment.

The words "this sucks" come to mind.

Re: Podcast: NLFM Episode 11: A Holiday Season in FLUX
That FLUX music was absolutely beautiful. I wonder if they meant to do this when they originally composed TRANSITION?
Re: Final List of Indie Games Advent Calendar Titles is a WiiWare Who's Who
Just managed to beat level 9 and got a boatload of BIT.TRIP Avatars and the aforementioned teaser image.

Re: Thought BIT.TRIP RUNNER Was Over the Finish Line? Think Again
If they ported the BIT.TRIP series to 3DS then I would love Gaijin forever.

I think it's supposed to be pronounced Snive - Ey (Snake + Ivy). Iunno, it's growing on me.
Did NoA mean Tepig or Tehpig?
Re: Super Mario All-Stars 25th Anniversary is 50Hz Only
As long as it works without me having to swap out my component cable, then I'm not really complaining.

Re: Wii Speak's Time is Officially Over
@Hardy83
I bought it to use in The Conduit, but I only ever managed to use it once, and even then the guy on the other end didn't have his set up properly.
Re: Wii Speak's Time is Officially Over
@DrDaisy
I think not. I think this is mainly due to the fact the the headset and Wii Speak work in quite different ways.
