This game was a step in the wrong direction for the series, IMHO.

There's only so few developers right now that are able to fully make use of X and Pros graphical capabilities, apart from putting up a 4k resolution that is. Think it has to take longer.

It's hard for me to decide on whichever Mario 64 or Odyssey is the better 3D game, especially since its only a week since release.
Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Bros 3 has been the games that I always come back to when I need my Mario action.

I'd say Odyssey is better, really missed the openness and exploration from 64 and sunshine (although I was never a fan of how you used fludd in that game).

I liked how you kind of had to search through the levels in Galaxy 2 to find the green starts but having a fixed camera basically everywhere made it feel a lot more linear compared to the older games.

I think it's a nice solution to make the game of that size playable from the cart.
The level editor on the other hand is a bummer.

@Kolzig The reason why we have this "mess" Bergsala is because they used to import Nintendo products before there even was a "Nintendo of Europe". While I'll admit they aren't as great as they were years ago, it's mostly because of Nintendo letting NoE take care of Europe as a whole and not giving Bergsala much to say about it (SCN-mark on games disappearing, etc). Understandable since there isn't as many people in Scandinavia when compared to the rest of Europe, but unfortunate.

Just a decent web browser that can handle youtube videos, soundcloud and the like would do it for me.

I remember getting excited about the idea of surfing the web on a game console and buying the useless DS browser with a memory card for the GBA slot. Kind of disappointing, although I don't think I would use it.

Hopefully this means I'll be able to get this thing on release, as I haven't been able to pre-order anywhere since they started taking pre-orders in Japan.

I thought it was pretty funny when the occasional out-of-context/weird post popped up in Smash or Splatoon, but I think you could replace Miiverse with pretty much anything and it's still gonna be fine.

Ok, so I've played the Japanese version since it was released. And sure censorship sucks, but this feature really doesn't provide any depth to the game whatsoever. I mean, even if you find it interesting at first glance, you'll just end up hearing the characters saying the same thing over and over. It's just a silly extra.

I think it's up to Nintendo to approach Mojang, if there ever is to be an Nintendo-port of Minecraft. Since Mojang themselves only worked on the PC/Mac and iOS/Android versions.

It never hit me that Uchikoshi was involved with the Infinity series until I saw those encouragement photos. The more you know.

I don't think the 3DS really is in need for an extra circlepad..

I don't think that a second circlepad suits the 3DS, and it doesn't look that comfortable either. Will probably get it when I stumble upon a game that really need it.

The thing I loved with this was that it didn't require any batteries.

I liked the controller.
The only issue was that the analog stick could get bad after playing games like Mario Party.
Ive replaced my stick since then and stayed away from those spinning games, still the N64 controller is awesome.
