@HappyHappyist well its simple really, when the game reads you have 5/6 of a certain item, something in the code drops the rate of drop, or even predetermines if it will drop during the allotted time. I'm not saying they did it, but this Is a game series which is known for its detail, and monsters programed with personalities that eat, sleep, and run away. It is certainly not impossible, and for talented programmers it's probably very simple

I like this, they are one of the only companies who aren't bogged down by there old franchises, they can continue to evolve and make new games. Lets be serious for a second, monster hunter, dead rising, and phoenix wright were all very original games when they were released, and now they get to do it again.

They could sell the properties they don't use anymore. But megaman is in more games than ever now, and even though he doesn't have his own game series anymore he still is likely one of there most profitable characters.

Were people really expecting street fighter 2010 and gargoyles quest in the same week? Right after the capcom sales? They stand to make more money if they wait, jus ty watch in another month we will get another capckm sale followed by another of the VC games
