Always amiibo. Making larger ones to justify a larger price is a hassle but like all amiibo, these are very nice. The Great S2 amiibo reconstruction project continues!
This was my favourite trailer of the Direct. I think HD-2D is a timeless art style and a traditional ARPG is a good call. What will fail this game is marketing. Name is awful and I don't have faith in SE to move past that and push this game as s9mething special.
UFO 50 and some Resident Evil amiibo, please.
Also, Clair Obscur was a non-full price AA title for PS5. This may be unpopular, but a regular priced edition with a few goodies with it would be nice for people who want to support by double-dipping.
In the PSP days the game's style and novel gameplay intrigued me. I wanted and was ready to like it. Maybe it was a skill issue but I played a couple times, couldn't feel the flow and back in the case and on the shelf it went. Not including 3 seems like a mistake. I feel bad for fans.
I had to hustle to get a physical copy here in Canada..Gamestop only got pre-order copies, none for the shelves. It was sold out everywhere by 10pm. I understand a broke company doing a short print but lots of people will miss out.
@johnedwin When they get around to shipping it, it will be available at videogamesplus.ca , a Canadian site that ships everywhere. They get all LR releases..when they release. Usually just standard versions , no CEs
One of my favourite parts of the S2 reveal was that it went out of the way to show amiibo are alive and well. Also, to people talking about the high retail of SF6 amiibo...they seem to be quite larger than average amiibo and tower over Ken and Ryu Smash figs...
@Mgalens The poorly translated, unfinished nature of the 2nd disc is the biggest hurdle to any kind of redo. A remaster/remake of the Xenosaga trilogy seems more viable.
@DonierGunad I don't think the original is complete to begin with. Disc 2 is mainly a visual novel with little RPG gameplay. That wouldn't pass these days and a complete head to toe HD-2D remake makes more sense than remastering a flawed masterpiece.
@Gryffin I know the exact feeling because Im super jazzed about confirmation of another gen of amiibo. That was my highlight and the above pic showing the amiibo with the new controller is confrmation of the confirmation.
@GVIL There's a Canadian site videogamesplus.ca that gets LRG games when they actually release as opposed to the pre-order date. I advise you to sign-up for their newsletter, you'll be notified when new LRG shipments come in.
I didnt know if that was allowed. I created an account to bring it up to you.Videogames Plus is a must for Canadian physical collectors. I got a game or two from LRG before I knew about the site and hated the experience. I hope VGP doesn't have to go through LRG to get the Digital Eclipse Master Series.
@EVIL-C I hope you know the place in Canada (online) to get Limited Run Games without preordering them and going through the hassle. Pay in CAN, shipping reasonable. You should be able to find it easily.

Re: Poll: So, Will You Be Getting Pokémon Legends: Z-A?
Prices don't go down much for physical and even small physical pre-order items add value. That's why I pre-order.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (11th October)

@UltimateOtaku91 There is an Asian English(Hong Kong) physical copy available. It didn't last a day on VGPs virtual shelves. Maybe try PlayAsia?

Re: Full Game List Revealed For Atari's Upcoming Bubsy Collection
Just a friendly reminder that Limited Run is a BS company ran by frauds and grifters. They don't care about game preservation one
tiny little bit.

Re: Limited Run's Atlus Switch 2 Collector's Edition Is A 'Game-Key Card' Release
Limited Run is not so quietly becoming a joke of a scam company. Add this "special" edition to the list.
Re: Talking Point: Which Nintendo Series Are You Most Excited To See Return On Switch 2?
One of my favourite spinoffs is Pokemon Ranger. Restricted to the DS because of the controls. Until Mouse Mode, that is.

@GVIL Probably cheaper from Canada to (GB?) than from the States. Our dollar is worth a lot less. But its a great site, you should check it out.

@GVIL Good ol' Limited Run Games

The best controller for this game would be the Alarmo.
