This isn't news, koei tecmo been supporting switch 1&2 for awhile, they made hyrule warriors games lol and all the people crying about game key cards, it just means gaming isn't for you anymore but you keep clinging to gaming like it's a childhood memory you moved on from but won't let go. Real gamers just want to play the games, fake gamers just wanna cry and complain.

No upgrade path could be because this version has the PC boosters that console versions didn't get before. Boosters like turning encounters off, max items, skills, levels. It's not worth the price for boosters that where on pc and now on switch 2 version. but you should mention them. And if your stupid enough to buy this version just for 4 or 5 boosters in it then I feel sorry for you. Boosters that could've been a free or even a few £/$ dlc for the switch 1 version.

@Solid_Python some Devs even say their games load and run faster on game key cards. I don't know if that's true but I downloaded AC shadows with a game key card, a 60+GB download and it took 20 minutes. Bought botw switch 2 edition digitally and it took over an hour to download. So maybe there's some truth to speeds on game key cards

People always try to label Nintendo anti consumer/the bad guy. I'm not defending them but what they do, it keeps them in business and it's the reason their still here and the reason they'll be here long after Xbox and playstation are gone. I don't know how they do it but they got something that Xbox and Sony doesn't have: staying power

All the people crying, if you already got it for switch 1 then good, this switch 2 version isn't for you, it's for people who didn't have a switch 1 and got a switch 2

Could you make some switch 2 games first that aren't switch 1 upgrades or remakes? When these Devs go Hollywood then gaming dies. A mario game that looks like the super mario galaxy movie would be good.

@Nao120 they had Daytona USA 2 to play on one of the newer like a dragon games but they changed its name because sega doesn't have the Daytona license now

If it had've been an upgraded version of Tekken tag 2 from Wii U I wouldve bought it. I don't really wanna play a Tekken game on switch 2 that looks worse than the Wii U Tekken game lol screw it, id settle for a Tekken 4 port. Sega didn't publish shenmue 3, it was published by deep silver after sega licensed the IP to YS net. Sega only published the shenmue 1&2 ports

America got the digital discount, UK got the game key card discount, either way still isn't physical 😐

Switch 2 has fallen in the same trap as ps5 and Xbox series X I see, lazy last gen ports with differences you don't notice or no free upgrade

People complaining oh it's not 60fps it's not this it's not that are the same people who cry over only wanting physical release only. Can't have it both ways, you want all that extra nonsense then enjoy half your game on a disc, you want a physical release only and hate digital? Then the switch 2 version of this game is the best version. Oh sure its not 4k or 60fs or ray tracing bs, but this and cyberpunk showing how it's down with ALL the game on a tiny cartridge, something Xbox and ps5 can't manage to do on a disc because idiots heard #60fps #4K now suddenly people who can't tell the difference have forgotten games are supposed to be fun not an accountants book full of numbers. If more companies stop trying to please these 60fps/4k sheep and did what the indiana Jones game makers did with this on switch 2 then gaming wouldn't be dying because of these so called fans who prefer extra added bs rather than the games.

Good. What's the point in new consoles if they gonna keep supporting the old ones. That's been playstation and Xbox problem, less quality exclusive games on the so called next gen. Their old consoles are done. Hope Nintendo ditch the old switch 1 because it's got a big enough Library backwards compatible with switch 2 and a lot of good games already for switch 1 and switch 2 needs their 100% attention now

'why an empty key card' is all I see. Devs including square enix have showed and provin that game key cards have faster loading times than download or a cartridge with the full game on it. Cyberpunk did a good job putting it all on a cartridge but the loading times, would've been faster on key card

Played it a bit, it's not that bad. But it hasn't really caught my attention. Might be one of those games that takes me a few tries to get into

Played Babel on my phone, it was terrible. Portable ops would've been better in vol.2. let's hope vol.3 has portable ops, ground zeros, phantom pain, metal gear rising and the metal gear acid games

Just preorderd it for £39.99 and got 20% off and preorder bonus items for the game. To be fair my bank account took a beating today with preorderd. Indiana Jones, fallout 4, yakuza kiwani 3. But oblivion remaster has no pre order option it just sits there in the eshop taunting me like it's ready to release when I'm not looking

I only played it on 30fps on ps5 anyway so 30fps doesn't bother me. Playing it on switch 2 is like playing it on PS4 for the first time and being amazed all over again.
