Re: Rumour: Dark Souls 3 and Trilogy Possible on Nintendo Switch, If System Sales Are Solid

Mooj738

Played them all, not sure its worth buying again. Actually not sure what the developer would achieve by thinking it doesnt sell well when most of the fans would have bought the game already

Bit stupid how the Chicken and Egg thing is in place already, surely it makes sense to put the newest one on the switch. I think its going to be set in the future and then release on day one then if they sell well, put the older trilogy onto one "disk" and service the "fans"

Re: Editorial: Cheer Up, There Are Some Exciting Games on the Way

Mooj738

The way i look at it is simple:-

6th month of the year now and by March 2016, we are getting Xenoblade, Mario Maker, Fatal Frame, Devils Third, NEO Racing and Starfox. If I buy these five games for the Wii U retail and Fast Racing NEO I will have enough over the months to keep me busy. Splatoon is also pretty amazing and would have a great life over the coming months.

After watching the Treehouse stuff on Starfox, I was surprised it didn't look as poor as the trailers! It could be great fun, so I will hold out in general and expect a purchase if platinum put something really fun into the game.

Re: Gallery: Let's Take A Look At The Incoming Splatoon Maps And Weapons

Mooj738

@Joshhmarshh Must agree, that free for all is a must!

I also think the games needs to extend over time with more players with slightly larger games, Im thinking 8 vs 8 if the game really is popular enough. Only problem with all that is the actual online players. Does anyone know the peak players online? And generally the average so far?

Re: Review: Splatoon (Wii U)

Mooj738

If you live in the UK this game is sub £25 quid, regardless of the score its new and fresh, I really do hope it sells well.

But as usual we will barely have enough players! However can't wait until I get my copy!

Re: Activision Retail Titles Are Coming To The Wii U And 3DS eShops

Mooj738

Its interesting, don't think they will ever make another COD anyways!
I won't ever buy COD again based on the lack of updates and content, got it on the PS4 the other day and wow what an updated game compared to what I have on the Wii U. Shame we won't get the next one but actually its a better experience elsewhere!

Re: Talking Point: Nintendo Rewrote the E3 Rulebook With a Focus on Children

Mooj738

I think sometimes people assume they have outgrown Nintendo due to how the market has perceived Nintendo, simple fact is Nintendo makes games for everyone.

I think its common that people believe this because they are older they need complicated mechanics and stories and graphics to make them feel like they are older. For example I can happily sit and play Mario Kart and not be embarrassed, whereas the normal older generation of today think it labels them as a child or childish for that matter. Its a game for gods sake

Re: GAME's One Day Mario Kart 8 Deal, for £29.99, is a Must Buy for UK Racers

Mooj738

I'm getting surprised by the lack of uptake in the UK. People are just plain stupid about the Wii U.

The amount of people I have said I'm playing the Wii U to and they just laugh it off and like don't be silly. Nintendo has a bad image in the UK in my opinion, these deals should fly off the shelf, the issue isn't the game or even the console, its the brand in general

Re: Nintendo Download: 3rd April (Europe)

Mooj738

@DESS-M-8 lol funny thought process and kinda blunt. If you actually read my comments its the cost structure thats the issue not the actual cost of each individually and its value add, years later trying to obtain from old tech.

I have them all on my GBA and I have a micro as well so your point is irrelevant so jog on with your basic simple minded approach.

It is a fact Nintendo are bleeding the customers of money, this VC service has amazing potential, with great games but the cost structure is a joke, that was all I was trying to get across.

Re: Nintendo Download: 3rd April (Europe)

Mooj738

@Jazzer94 It is took high to be frank, thats why I'm not sure however if everyone buys then things won't change!

So its one of those situations where i need to figure out, if want to wait, but Nintendo have not done any deals on the VC stuff really, when we talk price.

Re: Nintendo Download: 3rd April (Europe)

Mooj738

Not sure how I feel, want Advance wars and Fusion and probably will bite.

However a part of me is like £6.29 each, that is still £12.58 for two GBA games, is that really worth supporting, not sure!

The pricing structure is so bad it pains me, but these two games are just amazing in my opinion!

Re: Nintendo of Europe Confirms Upcoming Game Boy Advance Wii U Virtual Console Releases

Mooj738

Love the games choice and will probably fall for Metroid fusion and Advance Wars.

But Seriously over £6 for a GBA game, issue I have here is that is a lot of money for a game most people have already bought and enjoyed and they are literally just emulating.

Not sure if I want to make a point and not bother buying till the price lowers, best thing Nintendo is do is ask for a tenner a month and give this stuff for free as part of the service as long as you have the subscription, only problem there would be like one release a week maybe.

Monthly Service for access to all VC titles is the best option for Nintendo though and should be a serious thought to start calculating actual fan base and to move forward on the next console.

Re: Nintendo Download: 13th March (Europe)

Mooj738

I thought they may surprise us with a Wii U version of Luigi's Mansion, there has been many rumours over the last months.

It would be the perfect send off! However my hopes are not high, shame I don't have a console version of a game I only ever played on console!

Re: Just 2% of Ubisoft's Q3 Sales Were for Wii U

Mooj738

Lame results but makes sense, would be great to understand the margins and profit. The next gen versions may have lost them money due to development costs. The Wii U development costs should be minimal with the exception of Rayman legend's.
