A lot of the old school major players in the videogame industry (particularly Japanese companies) are having trouble:
Sega
Capcom
Konami (Hudson Soft)
Namco had to merge with Bandai
Square Soft had to merge with Enix
Tecmo merged with Koei.
First few screenshots look kind of stale... Characters seem to lack personality.... But knowing how talented the developers are, I'm very hopeful for this game. Keeping an eye on this project as it moves forward, hopefully after the kickstarter campaign begins the project will get the upgrade it deserves!
@hypercoyote I couldn't agree more! The Jakks Pacific figures I have seen are very low quality. I personally only buy Japanese import figures from the "Bandai Tamashii Nations S.H." line or from "Good Smile". They are a bit more expensive (sometimes a lot more expensive!) but the quality and durability sure makes up for the steep price point...

Re: Playtonic's Project Ukulele Becomes Yooka-Laylee, Wii U Release Confirmed
Apparently Warren Buffet decided to celebrate the announcement by playing the uklele... Sure would be nice if he could contribute a few million dollars to fund Playtonic's games!

Re: Talking Point: Mario Maker Can Be A Game Changer For Nintendo And Its Relationship With Gamers
Donkey Kong Country Maker now!!!
Re: Xenoblade Chronicles X Paid-DLC Details Emerge With Characters, Quests and Skell Unlocks
Hope this doesn't start a trend of Day 1 DLCs for Nintendo games.........
Re: Mighty No. 9 Confirmed for September Release, Along With Physical Retail Version
US$29.99 for the retail version with DLC seems fair enough, but I'll probably get it later since I'll be way busy with Mario Maker!
