Why does every cool place like this or event always happen so far away from me?

Looks good but not a good fit for Mario. He looked huge in comparison to some of the environments especially the first two. I would love to see a Zelda title look like this though especially the cave area.

Funny I just convinced my little sister to buy this game yesterday. I don't know for sure but I think touching a statue of a tanuki's testicles might be good luck or something so Tom Nook got off easy.

I'm not sure if I'll get either. But I still only have an original 3DS from 2011 so an upgrade would be nice, but only a normal sized N3DS not an XL. I like to be able to hold several things in my pockets at once and the plates are a nice option as well.

I don't care how good or bad it is it's free. I'll be downloading it.

How can it not be Super Mario Bros.? I'm not saying that most of the other weren't influential in their own right but without Mario the others might not exist at least in the same way

Not for me. I know it's just a game but I still take that kind of decision way too seriously. It's involuntary and I can't help it.

This is one of those games that I kinda wish that they didn't make just because of the fuel it adds to the "video games objectify women" debate. Personally if I don't like a game I just won't buy it but some people just love to make an issue out of anything they can.

@Espy I personally consider them to be in two different categories and I enjoy watching both.

I remember reading the character and enemy descriptions in the Prima guide for SMW. There was so much personality in the Mario games back then. It's kind of a shame how stagnant the Mario games have gotten in terms of personality these recent years. I wish I could figure out how and why they lost it and how they can get it back.

Wether Calvinism actually influenced Capitalism or not I don't know. But my personal philosophy on politics is that nothing will work for everyone. Meaning that no matter what policy is passed and how many people it benefits there will always be somebody that it just won't work for. So it's finding what works for the majority that, unfortunately, must take the priority. And so it varies if it's capitalism or communism or something else depending on the person.

@Savino I am sorry. I made that comment earlier without thinking it through. Nobody is under any obligation to learn anything about old games nor do I expect them to love the same games I do. I spoke without thinking and I apologize again. I will be more careful and considerate in future.

I got the retro Mario, ALBW, and the Hanafuda ones but I have the hanafuda as my primary because it goes with my Okami skin.

Sounds about right coming from Japan...
