Re: Feature: Nintendo Games We'd Love to See in 2014

LegendaryQ

A lot of interesting ideas. Not a big fan of the Paper Mario Origami idea, since my thought that the best thing Nintendo could do with that series is go back to the likes of TTYD or the original. Or heck, I'd even take another Super Paper Mario-style deal.

Re: Pachter: Without Third Party Support Nintendo Fans May End Up Buying A Second Console

LegendaryQ

While it's true that a lack of 3rd party support would hurt the Wii U a lot, it's kind of incredibly obvious. This isn't something we needed an analyst to tell us. Not to mention it's not like Nintendo is in trouble or anything. Worst case scenario, Ubisoft does pull out, this year isn't profitable, and they have to grab a little bit more out of their massive bank account, and prepare to win everything back 2014. Obviously not optimal, but they can easily handle it.

Re: Game Freak: The Pokémon World Will Be Evolving In 2013

LegendaryQ

Pretty much everything we've been expecting for the new generation, and possibly some new things.
3D pokemon, probably some more new pokemon, definitely use of 3DS features, possibly use of Wii U features, a brand new region (possibly even something along the lines of how Gold and Silver had both Kanto and Johto)... probably revamped online, probably a continuation of new features we saw in B&W2...

Re: Capcom Announce Street Fighter X Mega Man

LegendaryQ

Hm. Not sure to be happy or unhappy with Capcom. On one hand, Capcom is promoting a Mega Man game that actually looks good. On the other hand, it's a fan game, and the only reason it's linked to Capcom is because they decided to advertise it.
I'm gonna chalk it up as a draw; the game looks good enough to warrant advertising, but Capcom really needs to actually make a Mega Man game the fans want.

Re: Capcom Reasserts Its Commitment To Mega Man

LegendaryQ

...so essentially, Mega Man's fallen into a niche in Capcom where they are trying to make games but none of them have a for-sure chance of being greenlighted, and therefore, Capcom isn't comfortable with announcing them?
Because that's what I'm getting from this. Gotta ask, how many Mega Man games have been shot down between the cancellation of MML3 and now?

Re: Reaction: Age Ratings and Video Games

LegendaryQ

@Rocketship I think they are tallies for how many people voted a certain way instead of percentages. They all seem to be slightly more than 100%, around 120%, which would correctly reflect the number of votes.

Re: Feature: Nintendo Land's Potential

LegendaryQ

It looks like a lot of fun, though I doubt I'll be playing it unless it is packaged with the system or is fairly cheap. I just can't see Nintendo Land working as a full price retail release
