I am indifferent because I played my share and got bored of Minecraft long ago on the PC port. The Wii U version is just too little too late for me to care.
Sonic the Hedgehog darker and edgier than ever. Because you thought we finally figured this franchise out with Generations and Colors, and we couldn't have you think that.
A lot of interesting ideas. Not a big fan of the Paper Mario Origami idea, since my thought that the best thing Nintendo could do with that series is go back to the likes of TTYD or the original. Or heck, I'd even take another Super Paper Mario-style deal.
This will start getting incredibly funny if every once and a while another article like this comes out, with exponentially increasing numbers of systems.
Well, this is the first generation where Nintendo really has some good opportunities to really beat out the competition in terms of downloadable games. I don't know if they will or if they won't, but they have the tools.
While it's true that a lack of 3rd party support would hurt the Wii U a lot, it's kind of incredibly obvious. This isn't something we needed an analyst to tell us. Not to mention it's not like Nintendo is in trouble or anything. Worst case scenario, Ubisoft does pull out, this year isn't profitable, and they have to grab a little bit more out of their massive bank account, and prepare to win everything back 2014. Obviously not optimal, but they can easily handle it.
Grabbed Starship Defense first time around. Will grab Kid Icarus if I can make the room on my SD card. The fact that I managed to fit Fire Emblem without actually removing anything on the standard 2gb card is a feat in itself.
So essentially, for Meat Boy stuff Nintendo has to show that they want Meat Boy on the console? That seems kinda conceited, especially with a company who has no real obligation or otherwise to do so. I like their games, but this seems kinda silly.
"making a splash" "had their spirits dampened" "seemed to be drying up" "coming to North American shores" "water under the bridge" "flooding your eShop account"
Pretty much everything we've been expecting for the new generation, and possibly some new things.
3D pokemon, probably some more new pokemon, definitely use of 3DS features, possibly use of Wii U features, a brand new region (possibly even something along the lines of how Gold and Silver had both Kanto and Johto)... probably revamped online, probably a continuation of new features we saw in B&W2...
Hm. Not sure to be happy or unhappy with Capcom. On one hand, Capcom is promoting a Mega Man game that actually looks good. On the other hand, it's a fan game, and the only reason it's linked to Capcom is because they decided to advertise it. I'm gonna chalk it up as a draw; the game looks good enough to warrant advertising, but Capcom really needs to actually make a Mega Man game the fans want.
...so essentially, Mega Man's fallen into a niche in Capcom where they are trying to make games but none of them have a for-sure chance of being greenlighted, and therefore, Capcom isn't comfortable with announcing them?
Because that's what I'm getting from this. Gotta ask, how many Mega Man games have been shot down between the cancellation of MML3 and now?
I like that they are being open to all with the advertising, but they need to be more clear that it's less "I'm not a gamer and I play 3DS." and more "Gamers and non-gamers alike will enjoy the 3DS."
@Rocketship I think they are tallies for how many people voted a certain way instead of percentages. They all seem to be slightly more than 100%, around 120%, which would correctly reflect the number of votes.
I heard about this a while back on here, and went over to enter, but ultimately didn't because of the $30 fee. Granted, it's understandable why they had it. A shame, regardless.
...Huh. The demo felt like a lot of fun, though it was short enough that few if any of the review's concerns would be experienced. This "Drop" thing sounds... strange? Not sure if I'm going to grab this game now.
I was thinking about buying this a little while ago; I love it when Club Nintendo puts something up for coins I was probably going to get anyway but hadn't yet.
It looks like a lot of fun, though I doubt I'll be playing it unless it is packaged with the system or is fairly cheap. I just can't see Nintendo Land working as a full price retail release

Re: Canned Shooter Dune: Ornithopter Assault Could Have Added Spice To The GBA Library
Ornithopter you say?

Re: The Club Nintendo Rewards for October Have Been Confirmed
I can't wait for the day at which there's no physical items even though all their branding suggests it. That will truly be a sad day indeed.
Re: GameCube-Style Wii U Controller, the WaveDash, Seeks Kickstarter Funding
Kinda ugly and rendered completely pointless by the upcoming Gamecube adapter.
Re: "Dark And Edgy" Sonic The Hedgehog Film Reportedly In Development
Sonic the Hedgehog darker and edgier than ever. Because you thought we finally figured this franchise out with Generations and Colors, and we couldn't have you think that.

Oh hey look it's Vinesauce. Just an FYI, the vinesauce account is actually just a highlights account for a game stream by the same name.
Re: Feature: A Guide to the Best Nintendo Gifts For the Holiday Season
Just an FYI, you may want to look at the image for Animal Crossing New Leaf. It's not exactly correct.
Re: Mighty No. 9 Passes Wii U Stretch Goal With A Fortnight Remaining
WaveBoy: the game is still in the planning stages right now. It's very early in development.
Re: Spin The Bottle Studio KnapNok Is Working With NightSky Creator Nifflas On Wii U Title
Nifflas you say? Ok, I'm interested. Gotta say though, it's kind of a weird combination, Nifflas and KnapNok.

Re: Capcom's Christian Svensson Departs As Part Of Staff Reorganisation
Probably one of the best "higher ups" I've seen. I would be sad, but this just means he has the opportunity to go somewhere where he can do more good.
Re: Weirdness: Level-5's Favourite Character Poll Doesn't Go to Plan
To be fair, that is quite a nice plane.
Re: A Hat in Time Smashes Through All Kickstarter Stretch Goals
Looks good, will probably grab it on Steam first because Steam sales, but if it's coming out for Wii U, I'll probably grab it there too.
Re: Pachter: Without Third Party Support Nintendo Fans May End Up Buying A Second Console

Re: The Hand of Panda Has Just Over a Day to Reach its Fundraising Goal
As of this writing, they have just passed their goal.
Re: Capcom Announces E3 Live-streaming Schedule

Re: Square Enix Will Be Livestreaming From The E3 Showfloor
I'm guessing Final Fantasy and possibly Kingdom Hearts.

I would not mind a Wayforward Mega Man.
Re: Video: Someone Has Hacked Nic Cage's Face Into Zelda, Just Because They Can

6 puns! Ah ah ah!
Re: Game of the Year: Nintendo Life's Staff Awards 2012
Generally I agreed at least with the games chosen. My personal lists would differ in ordering, but probably not in the games.
Re: Game Freak: The Pokémon World Will Be Evolving In 2013
Pretty much everything we've been expecting for the new generation, and possibly some new things.
Re: Review: Call of Duty: Black Ops II (Wii U)
7 is fair. Let's be honest: people who play CoD probably don't play it for the campaign.

Re: Nintendo Network IDs Are Tied To A Single Wii U Console, For Now
We might be able to use it on PC?

Re: Jack Tretton Wishes Nintendo Every Success With Wii U
I'm guessing this is good sportsmanship. So, good for them, glad to see Sony is being respectful to its competitors at the moment.

So another mobile phone developer from a company I've never heard of thinks mobile phones will defeat Nintendo? Hilarious.

The fact that it has co-op at all makes me pretty happy.
Re: Yoshinori Ono Still Overworked Despite Health Scare
Capcom, what happened to you? You used to be such the company. Now it's just one bad thing after another.
