I personally don't care about graphics, but I see the point: third party developers who develop multiplatform games are not going to produce a second version just for the Wii U, unless they think they can get a profit out of it. It takes a lot less effort to produce a port of something to similar hardware than to completely different hardware, and as such, less money spent.
I think these games are really interesting; sidescroller obviously is just a demo, and it shows, but it's not like that is the extent of where this could go.
Why are people complaining about wanting lowered downloadable game prices? I mean, sure, maybe lower it by a dollar or two for packaging, but it's the same game. No matter how you buy it, it's the same thing. Why would you put two different prices for the same thing? (granted, this has happened multiple times with a number of games I can think of) If you put them differently, the people getting the higher price could feel like they are being unfairly treated; Right now, Nintendo isn't transitioning (yet), it's offering an additional option to consumers.

Depending on what games people have and if they are going up or down, this'll either prevent code hoarding or encourage it.

Re: La-Mulana Canned for North America, Europe
A shame. I'm curious to see what Nicalis has to say about it though.

@CapedGodot ...oh my god it's a clause. You're totally right.
Re: Review: 40-in-1 Explosive Megamix (DSiWare)
Just goes to show quantity =/= quality unless that quantity = WarioWare.
