This game is very similar to Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines, released on the PC in 1998 by Eidos Interactive (now Square Enix). I still find it strange that this game has never been re-released. Would be a perfect game for the Switch or another touchscreen device! I have played this game for many hours, so addictive! I'm curious if Broken Lines will come close!
After buying my first Switch, more than two years ago, and now having the Switch lite, I hardly play any games on my iPhone anymore! I hate the touchscreen controls! It only worked wel for games like Bejeweled Classic or the original Angry Birds!
I had a good customer support experience last year. My Switch was cracking by one of the screws in the back. It looked like it may have been machined too tight and caused this crack. The Switch was very fast repaired and send back with a new backplate! No complaints!
I still love my New 3DS XL more than my Switch. The handheld design is much better and more portable. It's my number one portable console. I recently bought a second hand PS Vita ( Don't judge me !) I have to admit that I also find the PS Vita better as a handheld than the Nintendo Switch. I hope the new Nintendo Switch (Mini/Lite?) will become a better handheld than the first generation!
Pre-ordered the physical version. I still love the first Mario games on the NES and the GB/GBC. Mario and Zelda are the only games I still play over and over again! A good old 2D Mario on the Switch can't go wrong!
I just started playing Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom for a few hours and I really enjoy it! Great graphics and gameplay! I think it’s the best platformer of 2018!
I like playing my 2D platformers and retro-games with the Mario Hori D-pad. It's so much better than the original. I'm playing most of the time in handheld modus and when I dock my Switch I use the Pro-controller. That's why I don't miss the motion control or battery!
Now that I am getting older, (48 ), I notice that I have more and more fun playing my old skool games. Especially on the Game Boy (Color) and my Game Boy Advance, because handhelds were always my favorite. I remember as a child, the excitement of going to the store, looking for hours at the different boxes and then buying, with my saved pennies, my favorite game I've been waiting for so long. Then quickly back home, to finish the game in a few hours or days and then play it over and over again!
Nowadays I am quickly bored by most games. I think it's because of the large selection of games. And every week you can buy fast and easy digital copies through the e-shop or other online stores! Games aren't special anymore!
July 2017 my Switch got a crack near the powerbutton. I got my Switch at the launch. Nintendo fixed the problem very fast for me with a new backplate👍🏼!
I’ve tried Fortnite for the first time and I don’t like it at all! To much options to choose, graphics are not great and when I started the game I was walking a long time around and nothing thrilling happened! I don’t understand why it is so hyped?
@BranJ0 I totally agree with you! I have no need for online gaming at this point and I already own NES games on the mini-NES, 3DS and i have some NES-classics cartridges on te GBA. I maybe join when the Gamecube is announced!
I play both my 2017 New SNES edition 3DS XL (I really like the looks of it) and my Switch. I love and play them both, but I prefer the 3DS because I like old skool platform games and there is a huge library of them on the 3DS (3DS-, DS- and Virtual Console games)!
I think the European design looks much better! I received my European PAL SNes New 3DS XL on 13 October 2017 and I really like the looks of it! I’m playing a lot more on this little beast than on my Switch the last weeks!
