@jco83 thank you. Fair use technically says you can back up your games in case they are stolen not that you can use your copy anywhere you want or obtain a copy from illegal file sharing sites.

Nintendo is well within their rights here. 99% of people oh use that cart, use it for stealing. If you are using it for archiving or whatever, just buy digital. Nintendo believes it is illegal to copy your physical games. I’m not saying they are right or wrong because it hasn’t come up in court

I never had any issues with the switch 1. They but the antenna outside the metal shielding in the OLED version to help reception

Most people already guessed that. $400 to $500. My guess is $450. Right in the middle Nintendo already announced there are no plans to bring the price of the Switch 1 systems down. No way will it be the same price as switch 1

@AnonyQ what are you talking about. Nintendo kept making games for the GBA for over two years after the DS came out.

Nintendo is well within their rights here. If you don’t own the game, it is illegal to emulate it. New or old. I don’t understand the hoops some people will go through to justify stealing games. Doesn’t matter if it is a 40 year old game. If you don’t own a copy, you can’t legally download it.

@MostHandsieBoy Actually it has already been confirmed that Pokémon home will work with legends arceus. My guess is you won’t be able to transfer stuff into it because it’s data system in different but you will be able to transfer stuff out.

Emulation itself is not illegal but obtaining copies of the ROMs is. It does not matter if you own the game or not, it is still illegal. The video shows emulation on an illegal ROM. Nintendo is well within their rights to shut it down.

They said back in E3 that there was no way for the DS and 3DS to communicate in order to transfer Pokemon, which doesn't make sense to me. So, Pokemon Bank and Poke Transporter is their solution and the only way to transfer between 5th and 6th gen games. So we have to wait until December.
