Nintendo Switch Online is a very poor "upgrade" of the Virtual Console... geez... I never understood why they killed VC over this.

Rockstar releasing games for the Nintendo Switch a little bit in the cartridge and the rest for download... they haven't got my money, so they could have done a little better

The only Cloud I'll ever support is Cloud Strife from FF7... Keep your cloud versions, SquEnix.

They may change Malthael's line in D3 to "Microsoft consumes all".

You know what I don't understand? The Nintendo Switch is rising up to overtake the almighty PS2 in the all-times sales numbers and it's the fastest selling game console of all time already but still, developers like Square-Enix, EA, Bandai-Namco don't seem to care.

That being said, there's a lot of 3rd party games I'd like to own for this special little console the Nintendo Switch is:

TOMB RAIDER series
YAKUZA series
BATMAN: ARKHAM series (Origins included)
NieR series
MASS EFFECT: LEGEDARY EDITION
TALES OF ARISE (and every other TALES OF games)
GRNAD THEFT AUTO IV & V (also the 2D one would be a cool thing to do) - Maybe RockStar won't ever do it because they just don't learn that we want their games fully on the cartridge - just like Ubisoft)
FINAL FANTASY TACTICS, XIII Trilogy, I to VI, XI, XIV, XV and even XVI (okay, this last one I'm maybe insane)
DEAD SPACE Trilogy
SHENMUE Trilogy
SILENT HILL games

Well, that's the one I can think at the top of my head... from 3rd party companies.

Nintendo, in the other hand, it's sitting on every THE LEGEND OF ZELDA (not only TWILIGHT PRINCESS and WIND WAKER, aye?!) and every FIRE EMBLEM games. Not mentioning that METROID PRIME TRILOGY that may be just a fabled legend by now.

Subtitles in Brazilian Portuguese are a BIG DEAL for brazilian players. I personally don't care, I play and run everything in English but I'm part of a minority here in Brazil.

@Blackrosewaifu9000 I love this game, except for the story mode that requires you to do boring stuff like drifting, ring challenge and stuff that isn't racing solo or with a team.

I'm sure Metroid is better than a handfull of those nominated games...

@Uncensored probably, you’ll still be able to DL it and/or play but it’ll become unavailable to new buyers.

@Clammy Only the first Patrol Case was on the cartridge. For everything else, you need to DL about 12Gb. IMO, if you buy the game on the cartridge, everything should be on it. If you need to DL part of it, better buy it on the eShop or Steam.

@ModdedInkling I know little to none about DQ10... I just wanna play it, LOL... but DQ Collection 1 to 3 wasn't released physically in the west. That's why I am just unhappy about SquEnix, when you talk about DQ.

@ModdedInkling True enough but for Switch I'm expecting they release a DQ10 Offline to live up to that.

SquareEnix is just disappointing with their games on Switch, not releasing games in physical format in the west and all... and now, they are just preferring Cloud Versions... oh well, they won't see my money.

Why split the "no" answer? I will never play any "cloud version" of a game on Switch and OF COURSE everyone would like to have Kingdom Hearts in a physical retail box...

I own the original day one Switch and it is working fine. I’ll soon buy the Lite (blue) as I still see no reason to buy a OLED. But it looks tempting… I must admit.

Oh well, I hope this holds off a new Nintendo console at least until 2025 since I couldn’t play Switch’s games as much as I’d like.
