Re: Editorial: Is This a Golden Era of Gaming? Absolutely

JFRNDZ106

I particularly think a new golden era can come with the success of the Switch. But 3rd Party support is mandatory for this possible new golden era to arrive.

Frankly, PS4/XO and all it's versions are just more of the same.

I really feel that NS represents the future of gaming and specially after BotW, I realized we don't need much more of a beefy hardware than Switch's, really.

Making games that focuses on heavy, sheer graphic power are just too expensive and I believe the industry will realize that soon: Making more money spinning less money.

Re: FIFA 18 Sales Are Important for Future EA Support of Nintendo Switch

JFRNDZ106

Frankly, I'll just get FIFA 18 for the Switch because there won't be PES 2018 for it.

Also, I really disapprove EA conditioning a capped game (as we all know it) to the future of the series. The way I see it, and again, considering there will not be PES this year for the Switch, I'm conditioning my buy of future FIFAs to whether they give us the full game or not.

'Nuff said.

Re: Wii U OS Version 5.5.2 Is Now Live

JFRNDZ106

Someone, please, clarify why Nintendo would kill Miiverse and Wii U's eShop? I don't see why, at all. Working on minor updates from time to time shouldn't be a problem for Nintendo and plus, they can still make a little money from it considering a lot of people like myself are still playing games on it.

Re: It's "A Bit Sad" That Switch Isn't More Powerful, Says THQ Nordic

JFRNDZ106

Frankly, after I got the Switch I don't want no other console. Having a home console ON THE GO like a handheld is fantastic. I already sold my XONE and I'm selling my PS4 soon since I don't feel like playing them anymore.

Nintendo Switch is the future. If devs still want only muscles, too bad, they won't have my money. I'm all in for the sheer fun of my Switch.

Re: First Impressions: Running Scared from Sonic Forces

JFRNDZ106

The MOMENT I saw Modern Sonic and Classic Sonic AGAIN + this Custom Hero Character, I KNEW this gave would be total garbage.

I LOVE Sonic but SEGA keep doing that stuff to his games... please SEGA, sell all your IPs to Nintendo and begone from the game industry ASAP.

Re: Editorial: The Frustrating Quest for a SNES Mini is Bad Business for Nintendo

JFRNDZ106

I REALLY don't understand why Nintendo discontinued NES Classic (I know about the production problems - the stuff with Switch versus Apple production an all) only to announce SNES Classic (that may face the same probs as NES Classic in the line of production).

I don't think they will ever meet demand. And if they did, they could just re-announce NES Classic because me and the world thinks that it is a sucker punch right in the nose of all those Nintendo fans around the world if they leave as it is.

Re: Famitsu Readers Choose Super Mario Kart as the Best Racing Game of All Time

JFRNDZ106

Well, I do agree in parts: I think the Mario Kart SERIES are the best racing games of all time but not the SMK for SNES. Personally, I think MK8 (it doesn't matter which iteration - Wii U's or Switch's) are the best (by far). — You just can't surpass the fun this game can deliver --.

Also, I think it adds to the point: in general, arcade games tends to be more fun than simulation games due to various details that only the pros of the pros can fully understand and truly enjoy. For the rest of us mere mortals who just wanna have some fun, they are normally just boring and skippable (being 100% honest here).
