I remember looking forward to this. Not too happy about the shift to 2D, but it's interesting to see what will become of this.

The faster movement really makes a difference. The game is much more enjoyable now.

Since I plan to get both versions anyway, the more distinctive they are the better. I'm hoping for some Hotel Dusk/Last Window trophies for the 3DS version =)

I actually prefer Shinobi III's soundtrack. Idaten, Solitary and Whirlwind beat any track from Revenge.

The 3D version is awesome. Expert Ninja mode makes this play more like the mechanically superior Shinobi 3DS, which is a huge deal. Blocking feels more natural and it's fun to rely on close combat more. This really makes me wish for a new Shinobi game.

Nice. Jett's slowness is one of my biggest gripes with this sequel; glad to see it fixed.

Knytt, SoR 3D and Shinobi 3D for me. This is a good week.

The added features sound great, but I don't really like the first Sonic as much as to warrant a purchase. The 3D versions of Shinobi III and SoR on the other hand are must-haves. Nice coincidence that they're both released on my birthday =)

I'm seriously starting to wonder if anything can save the Wii U after the initial goof-ups; naming, marketing and all. Let's just hope Nintendo learns from this.

I'm slightly intrigued since you don't see many games of this genre on the 3DS. If it turns out to be worth buying, I hope it supports the Circle Pad Pro.

I'm tempted to buy this version too since the game was so great on WiiWare. I just hope they've added a new opponent or something. Word out to any fans of Punch-Out: Get this game.

That mode's probably the only way I can ever beat the game on Mania.

Come on now people. AA is such a niche series that wasting money on the production of physical copies is not just worth it for Capcom. Get with it and go digital.

I've got all the memos but no idea how to use the code. The memos show certain pikmin types with certain numbers so I tried adding them up and taking the respective number of pikmin out of the onion and even beating the final boss with just those pikmin, but no dice.

Good week. Shantae is a must have and I'll probably get the discounted Puddle too. Attack of the Friday Monsters seems interesting, but I gotta know something about the gameplay first.

DKCTF nonwithstanding, this was the best news to come out of the Nintendo Direct.

The majority of these comments just further confirm that Nintendo fans only care about exclusives. So sad.

That can't be anything other than a Castle of Illusion remake/sequel. Hope this doesn't turn out as bad as Power of Illusion. Just thinking about that game sickens me.

Yes, finally we get some info about this. Would've personally preferred a direct sequel to Tides of Time, but this sounds very interesting and promising. Definitely supporting Big Blue.

The screens make me think of a mediocre flash game. I'll keep an eye on this, but not too impressed thus far.

I would love if you'd interview more of Xenoblade's (or The Last Story's) english voice cast. I'm really interested in seeing what they have to say about their role and the recording process, even if it isn't much.

ED2 is on my list of most wanted games, so it's nice to see that Ninty won't just let the trademark go. Best case scenario, ED2 is Retro's current project.

@Beta I highly recommend NightSky. Hydroventure and Gunman Clive are also very good, with Hydroventure perhaps giving the most playtime for your money, but if you don't mind the game's relative shortness (6-8 hours to 100% I'd say) then definitely go with NightSky.

Would probably get this if I didn't have it on the Wii already. Easily my favorite of the classic Mega Men.

My first game console. Still have both the original version and the revised Megadrive II. Contrary to popular belief, MD has some great games that don't have "Sonic" in the title: Castle of Illusion, Ecco the Dolphin, Streets of Rage, Rocket Knight Adventures, Tiny Toon Adventures...

In all honesty, the less consoles, the better. Wouldn't have to worry so much about those exclusives anymore, if you can only afford one console. I'd be okay with Nintendo going the way Sega did.
