@JaxonH: We haven't even received a Wii U price drop in Australia, let alone heard any news about the upgraded GamePad battery or white Premium Pack. And I already got the most worthwhile items from the Australian Club Nintendo Stars Catalogue (G&W Collection 1 and 2), so now it's a matter of waiting for a CN update.

@JaxonH: Actually it's mainland Australia, but by saying "Oceania" I include the other even more forgotten places as well. Basically I feel as though Nintendo of Europe is still in the 1600s and doesn't know that we even exist...

I would get one, if not for two key problems:

1. I don't have anywhere near enough Stars
2. I live in Allforgottenaboutland, aka Oceania

No! Why would they add a jump feature? The console Skylanders games were dungeon crawlers, and the 3DS versions were action-platformers. Now that distinction has been muddled leaving the 3DS version without its own personal gameplay genre.

I realise the irony that people are posting comments about the games in this article despite @Damo requesting that nobody mention these games again! XD

I don't give Squirtle enough love, so I may choose it as my Kanto starter. If so, I'll likely pick Chespin as my Kalos starter.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I'd rather wait until the white Wii U Premium becomes available here before I commit myself to buying one. Nintendo would be foolish to not see how many more units they could sell by expanding options for buying consoles, which is why the white Premium is already available in Japan.

Please, make it happen, Nintendo!

Well, well, this is very exciting news indeed! Between the Kanto Starters and the rumour of your rival giving you his/her fully-evolved Starter post-game, it just makes my decision all the harder! Or I could stick with tradition and choose Bulbasaur, in which case it'd lock in Fennekin and Froakie as my apparent starters.

@CC13: I've liked the sound of Mystara since I first heard about it. I intend to download a copy of the Rules Cyclopedia from D&D Classics, mainly because I'd like to dabble in every edition of D&D. Edition Wars? Ha! I laugh at the very idea!

Well, I know one of the first games I'd like to download from the Wii U eShop! I'd love to play online with other members of Nintendo Life sometime.

If Wii U sales do improve, and by contrast interest in the PS4 and Xbox One plummets, I can imagine all the naysaying developers and publishers trying to get in Nintendo's good books with claims that "they were just waiting to see how the Wii U would perform" and that "they'd never lost faith in or respect for Nintendo".

For those in Australia and New Zealand, it'll air at 11PM (NZ); 9PM (AEST); 8:30PM (SA and NT); and 7PM (WA). I'll actually be awake to watch one of these Nintendo Directs for once! I'm so excited!

While I find this joke a little amusing, isn't this just going to confuse Nintendo's intended audience even more? People might accidentally stumble upon the website and assume that it's a genuine product, which may lead to less sales of the 3DS and/or 2DS in the long run.

The 2DS has grown on me. It reminds me of a cross between a Game Boy and a Nintendo DS.

@C-Olimar: I have yet to play Twilight Princess, Minish Cap, Skyward Sword and A Link Between Worlds. I also haven't played Link's Crossbow Training, the original Link's Awakening or Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, but those are spinoffs and a premake of a game I already own.

Twilight Princess is one of the handful of The Legend of Zelda games I haven't played yet, so I wouldn't know.

That thing is just beautiful to behold! It might be the console that pulls me away from my goal of getting a white Wii U Premium Pack!

@Metalslime: That's my plan. It's been my plan since the Wii U's launch.

As I've said before, I'm still waiting for a white Wii U Premium Pack to become available here. I wouldn't object to a drop in price, but I'd rather be patient and wait for a particular colour this time instead of rushing into it only to regret my decision when a better colour comes along.
