Re: Code of Princess Receives Temporary Price Cut in North America

DashDG

This game is worth only those 20 bucks and nothing more, there are plenty of much more better games on the eShop. Frame rate issues, lack of online players (from day one, not a sinlge match for me), Short game play, and very poor replay value. I always thought this should be a cheaper eShop niche title and nothing more... Dont get me wrong I paid 60 bucks for the Ltd Ed, and the art and music included are great, but thats it for me...

Re: Wolfenstein: The New Order Can be Added to the 'Maybe on Wii U' List

@Mk_II Be real... I think It's all Nintendo's fault!!! This is the 4th home console they keep loosing track on 3rd party support and the second to be deeply underpowered agaist competitors... That's why publishers think twice before releasing games on Nintendo home consoles. I turned into PC gaming to get this kind of games (more mature themes and superior graphics) plus the N consoles just for the exclusives (specially zelda and metroid) since Gamecube... And thats not fair for the loyal consumer that still believe that someday things may change on the big N. Right now my Wiiu still collecting dust... =(

Re: Code Of Princess Reduced To $29.99 On North American 3DS eShop

DashDG

I paid for the Ltd Ed and yes, the package is great with the CD and all the graphic stuff but @sweetiepiejonus the gameplay is boring as hell, I wish you could play Senran Kagura Burst for 3DS thats a really nice hack & Slash!!! CoP is so overrated... I bought it from day one just because Im a loyal buyer from Atlus, but the true is that I never found a single online match or another person who bought the game... This is just another casual game painted as a niche japanese title. The RPG elements are useless, the ingame arwork is blurry and colorless... I finished the main quest in around 1.5 hrs and keep playing it casually since then, reaching around 15hrs of total gameplay (the smallest time registered in my collection, but one of the more expensive games for my 3DS).
What I mean is that this game is not worth "the amount of money" and I think thats why they reduce the price, probably to see another reduction in the future...

@Wheels2050: Dont take it so seriously... have you seen theres a "-.-" at the end of my comment meaning some sarcasm??? Im just being honest, there are many great games on Kickstarter asking for less money to help their creations. If this one didnt reach the goal perhaps is becuse not so many people want it released... -.-

Gods!!! SE and the Dragon Quest Series is going down on the west and its their own fault: Dragon Quest 25th Anniversary Collection, DQ Rocket Slime: The Great Pirate Ship and Tails Troupe, Dragon Quest Monsters: Terry's Wonderland 3D, Dragon Quest VII, Dragon Quest X and now this one... Its going to be a miracle if we get at least one of them... So sad =(

Re: Shin Megami Tensei IV Coming To North American 3DS Consoles This Summer

DashDG

I know, but having released in America the Etrian series, both Devil survivors and Strage Journey on DS, then the enhaced editions on 3DS, Etrian IV and now Soul Hackers and SMTIV on 3DS makes me tihnk that something good can happen with Persona in the future for 3DS, whether it be a Remake or a spin-off.... I believe anything can happen now.... =)

Re: Code Of Princess Picks a Fight With Europe on 28th March

DashDG

@Ndayday I see your point, I love RPGs more that anything else in life therefore I love grinding and leveling characters, but in order for the grind to be worth it you really need some motivation to do it and at least the story must push you to do it, I dunno what other games you have in your library, but as you say KIU, Pokemon and EO-IV push you to heavily grind and grant you some nice satisfaction for doing it. Just check some games as Devil Survivor where you can grind for hundreds of hours just because you have several endings and ways to replay the story or RE Revelations where you heve several unlocks in the form of characters, weapons and so, and where you have an almost instant competitive online play. With CoP I never had a chance to get online with somebody, and the local multiplayer was plagued with framerate issues...

Re: Code Of Princess Picks a Fight With Europe on 28th March

@ DePapier Sometimes as a Gamer you have to be honest with others, we dont have all the money and the time to play all the games out there so you really have to find out what are you getting before you spend the money. I have a very long list of games waiting to be played much more worth it that this. Just my point of view =)

Re: Code Of Princess Picks a Fight With Europe on 28th March

DashDG

Just to show you how short is the experience: I have registered only 7.45 Hrs with 15minutes per session on this game compared to my other 25-90Hrs per game and 50min aprox per session in my collection. The Base quest last around 2-3 Hours to complete and from there is replay only with other characters with minor 2-5 minutes new chapters, the only thing I loved was the pysical presentation but if this going digital only is not worth it...

Re: Code Of Princess Picks a Fight With Europe on 28th March

I have this game with the ltd ed feat. cd and artbook and to be honest its just a standard game. Its been a lot of months out here and I never got any online match, The use of rings, helmets, shields, etc is pretty useless and the leveling system is just too much for a very short game that just change very little if you play it with all the different characters. I recommend it only if you have the money to spare and you havent played any of all the other great options available on eshop. =)
