Looks cool, but a Buck Rogers game without Twiki, Col Deering, or Princess Ardala isn't worthy of the name. lol

After getting my MK8 Wii U bundle, I also bought, CODBlops2, Deus Ex, and ZombiU, brand new, and cheap, downloaded Sonic Racing and Star Wars Pinball. The time to buy a Wii U is definitely now, not just for the new games, but again, since a lot of the great 1st gen ones are cheap now.

This is the system that kept me a NiN fan to this day: Super Mario 64, Shadows Of The Empire, Wave Race, Blast Corps, GoldenEye 64, WCW vs nWo 1&2, Turok 1&2, Ocarina, Diddy Kong Racing, Perfect Dark, Banjo Kazooie, Body Harvest, The Star War Rogue Squadron games, Space Station Silicon Valley.

A lot of good stuff here, liking the price drop on Rayman Origins 3DS a lot, and maybe Assassins 3. (ZombieU is still too much, just bought it for 13 bucks new on Amazon)

Will there ever again be a decent Wii U travel case available in the US, ever? This is pretty ridiculous.

I'm not even in to sports games that much, but it's an easy no brainer to have 2 gamepads with a football game, with 2 players, having plays on the gamepad screens, not the main TV screen.

I still don't see what the point of TVii is, or how to use it. lol

@Phantom_R The Wii U cost too much, compared to the MicroSony machines? Are you high?! $400+ consoles, plus $50-$60 online gaming fee, plus $60 per additional controllers, and then finally, $60 games. Do your math again.

Nintendo is the only real logical choice to go (majority of their IP is on Nintendo), if they decide they want to buy, with Sony in second, NEVER, EVER to Microsoft (MS consoles don't sell in Japan, and they'll just stick them in Kinect Gitmo Prison anyways, giving Rare a new cellmate)

@Artwark you mean like in Bayonetta 2/1 and Devil's 3rd? lol Nintendo is in survival mode now, and while kiddie games are their bread and butter, they are open to everything now.

Updates Wii U NEEDS ASAP:
-Def needs a gmail app, music app, and a facebook app, linked with MiiVerse of course (and/or fix the web browser. It's irritating having the pages unnecessarily refresh, just because you clicked on another tab)
-Upgrade the TV Remote feature to have an 'OK' button and a 'Recorded TV' feature, since they are basic on all cable providers remotes.
-Provide a list of all keyboards that work with the Wii U
-Folders option, just like on the 3DS
-Cross buy for VC games.

Went straight to Wii U (and DS to 3DS, no PSP, no Vita). Not interested in anything MicroSony has to offer, never will. Their exclusives are yawn inducing, and neither wants to wants to change the gaming experience (the times they tried, they were just ripping off the Wii experience). Sorry, but just getting a supposedly more 'powerful' processor and more 'powerful' ram than the previous gen isn't enough (even bigger jokes, when PC's and Macs are at least 5-8 years ahead of all the current gen consoles).

Getting a Wii U/MK8 Bundle, I was torn on what free game to get, between WWHD and Pikmin 3. In the end, I went with Pikmin 3, since I still have my GC copy of WW, and wanted a new gaming experience. Seeing WWHD at 34.99 is great and I can get it now, since even on Amazon Prime new, it's not that low (not even going to bother on eBay, getting a questionable disk with no box. lol)

@Mahe good for them, like a 1/3 of Atari 2600 fans went to Commodore 64. And the Vita still sucks and has no games. Who cares?

I love the gamepad, as it's what sets itself apart from MicroSony, offers a new way of gaming (which in Nintendo's signature in gaming as a whole), and it makes life that much harder for pirates/emulators who just want to steal from the game makers (trying to hack roms that need another external viewing device to play). Nothing is finer than being able to play games from the gamepad laying on a couch or bed, while something else is playing on the TV, or playing 2 player games without a split screen, or being able to videochat with it. NiN's problem was not advertising the gamepad lifestyle properly to the high heavens, like it did with the original Wiimotes. If anything, they really need to make more apps for it, like a digital music player, calendar, email apps, etc. Plus I still want to see a Star War Millenium Falcon game, with the gamepad aiming the turrets, while someone else on a pro controller pilots the ship (like in Episode 4).

Sony (like Microsoft) wants to rule the entire world, and after 8 years, is selling more hardware, over a company that makes its living off of games only. Whatevz, they still will never get a dime from me (at least in games. kinda hard to fight the 1% corporate giant in other types of media though). lol

Fans had to decide on a lot of choices on where to spend their hard earned cash, and it went to either 1) Mario Kart 8 with the Wii U Bundle, 2) Mario Kart 8 game only, 3) Watch Dogs on the other consoles, 4) something on the 3DS which was probably more affordable. Tomodachi has nothing to be ashamed of, they are doing okay, despite the ultra competitive climate of its release.

This would be an instant buy for me IF I only had my 3DS. Now that I have my Wii U as well, not so sure.

COD is okay, but I wish Nintendo would get another FPS, not with COD in the name, not by Activision/Infinity/Trey, and not using there game mechanics. I'd take another version of Doom, or anything different actually. Why is that so hard? What happened to non-bromance FPS's?

Watch Dogs 30FPS on the PS4 and Xbone, broken empty pits and other bugs on the PC, another GTA/Ass Creed type game, apparently, because we don't have enough of those. lol. FAIL. Mario Kart 8 wins by a landslide.

FIRST...has Digital Foundry done a test on these online screenshots? Have they determined if one still shot equals 1 frame per second? Have they determined what the resolution is, and will they be able to prove (using super computers made by aliens) that this game will NOT be in 4K? /sarc

It definitely will be 'meh,' but for some reason, the bromance sheep love those other consoles, and like lemmings that they are, they will buy them after 5 red or blue rings of death, and would make out with them, if they could. sigh

Didn't age well, but deserved way more than a 5, for what it achieved at the time, still better than what FPS have become now, no thanks to Activision. Still, there are a games that didn't age well, yet you guys still give them 8's or 9's. "I AM TUROK!!!"

@GamerJunkie I'd rather be 'childish' than thinking my hard earned time and money MUST go to ALL companies, lest I be a real 'gamer.' If you have tons of money and time to kill on games, good for you and everyone here; I don't. Maybe if I was 12 in 2013 and didn't have to worry about rent and other grown up stuff, I probably would. Still, the products that Sony and Microsoft offered never appealed to me ("Hey bros, I got COD 85 Part 7 Episode 6 and Gears 115, we are soooo not gay by playing these bro!!" Hi-five, my dudes!! @MiNiStRy Me. (unless you count the 3DS). I like gaming, but it gets harder as my career, my friends, and my gal take up more of my time, so I can only pick one (WiiU + 3DS gaming on the road). Never cared about SwagF*g/Dude Bro games that the other big 2 excel at.

I'll never sell out to Sony or Microsoft, no matter how much Pachter likes being spit-roasted by the both of them. 100% loyal. Last time I bought a game from EA was in the 90's (probably Ultima, the franchise they ran into the ground).
