Re: Talking Point: What Is Your Video Game Palate Cleanser?

Caolan114

I find myself frequently feeling burn out from Pokemon games especially.. I mean we got rapid releases from Game Freak and I needed a break so.. I asked "Why do I love this series" so I went back and played some of the older games In the series and that was a way to refresh myself to get back In to modern Pokemon as weird as that sounds

Re: Talking Point: 20 Years Of The Best Game Boy Ever - How Did You Get Your GBA SP?

Caolan114

It was my first handheld actually, I was Incredibly jealous of people with Gameboy colors and gameboy advance(original) one day my dad says "Do you want a gameboy advance SP"? I didn't even know what an SP was but he took me and I got the tribal design with finding nemo which looked so realistic at the time, today not so much but I spent a lot of long bus rides with mario and luigi, lego star wars 2 and pokemon fire red

Re: Nintendo's 3DS & Wii U Image Share Services Have Now Ended

Caolan114

For those like me still making art or playing animal crossing that want to share to twitter here are some tips

You can still remove the 3DS's SD card and place It Into a computer to retrieve the photos

On Wii U you would need a compatible website you can upload the current screen as a photo and download It later on PC or mobile

Re: Soapbox: After 10 Years I'm Finally Getting A Wii U, But Where Should I Start?

Caolan114

It Is so strange to me when people say they bought a Wii U after the Switch released, It's honestly not easy for me to go back to because of big miiverse was, you are reminded on the plaza, the home menu, in games, everywhere you are reminded miiverse Is dead but I guess If you never experienced It you can't miss It

That being said with the eshops closing you should download DS and GBA games before then and for wii u games there are zelda remakes, star fox zero and mario kart 8 is still active as Is splatoon 1

Re: Video: MVG Investigates The Switch Online GBA Emulator Leak

Caolan114

The leak Itself can easily be faked but we ARE nearing the end of the new N64 games promised, we have every major release except for Goldeneye and Diddy Kong Racing which are owned by Rare and Goldeneye Is even less likely

But maybe Pokemon Stadium could be the highlight of the next line up

Re: Talking Point: How's Your Switch Holding Up After 5 Years?

Caolan114

The first midnight launch I ever went to, replaced a single pair of joycon that had drift but then I cleaned them and no more drift but I love my bluejoycon

The switch Itself Ive used basically every day since 2017 Is falling apart, the dock door snapped off, the kickstand won't stop coming loose so I threw that In a drawer, the charger sparks sometimes so I have to plug that In before turning the power switch on, the top of the console looks like It might come apart, the fan Is loud sometimes, If I have the money I will get an OLED but It's not really something I'm that excited about
