I miss gaming mags period. I used to have what I called mag Saturday. The first Saturday of the month I'd go and buy 50 or 60$ worth of gaming mags and spend the rest of the day reading. Memories... 🥲

Flashback is one of my favorite and most important games ever. I'm really excited for the sequel even though Fade to black kinda did it years ago. Hell, I even enjoyed the Xbox 360 version. 😊
By way, if you want something to play in the meantime, Lunark is effin awesome!

My Switch is my go to platform for metroidvania titles but unfortunately it's getting quite long in the tooth. Will wait for it to get patched.

It's a great game but at 80 cad plus 15% taxes here in Québec, it's a pretty expensive life dream.🤑

@Cashews like I said dude, that's gaming for you in 2023. I'm also old school (46 👨‍🦳) and I certainly don't agree with shipping an incomplete game but it's the new standard nowadays. For every Metriod Prime remastered there are tons of Bloodstained. By the way, it's publishers and not developers that make these decisions. Also, the Switch is by far your best option to get games that run "well" without any patches at launch. Maybe if we all banded together and stop buying things would change... yeah right.

Great time to be a Metroid fan! I'm just finishing Prime for the first time (what a masterpiece!) and Fusion is my second favorite 2d Metroid of all time. Thanks Nintendo! Now, if you could only fix the controls in Goldeneye, things would be almost perfect. 😁
