In my fantasy land its 40 minutes of Pikmin 4 gameplay and a release date.

finally a direct that happens 6 pm eastern time. Its the first time I can actually watch it live cuz usually its at times like 11 am or 1 pm for me when Im at work so I can usually never watch it live and my friends in different area codes text me or message me on discord when something gets announced like HEY blank was announced and I was like AAAA I WANTED TO SEE IT LIVE lol this timing works out perfect for me I hope they stick to this schedule in the future.

I have my normal switch docked (when im home I always play on tv (my monitor specifically) but I am on the go alot so when I play portable I have my switch lite so I dont need an oled to me the normal switch is too big for me because I like my switch lite being able to put into my pocket and not stick out, but I definitely will be getting the steam deck even if its a bit clunky, because I would absolutely love to play Team Fortress 2 while im on the toilet lol

Paper Mario the Thousand Year door is such a important game of my life. I would come home from School and play it when I was overwhelmed wirh social anxiety. It felt like a journey with friends but without the anxiety, the lovable partners who all had their own personality all the lore of the areas in the game the boss fights like doopliss. I never beat it when I was younger but I still got pretty deep into it, Then years pass when I first moved out on my own when I was 18 (im 23 now) I moved into my own apartment and I didint have that much furniture even but I was like I cant wait to play a game in my own apartment, all alone it felt so nice and liberating, I decided to play Paper Mario ttyd and beat it. What a great and cozy experience that was. I honestly felt a bit sad when it ended because the ending is so nice and the journey was just amazing.

Beating Paper Mario ttyd at the same time as being in my own place as an adult really marked the beginning of adulthood for me.

beating a game I could never beat when I was younger and in my own place idk what the feeling was but it was like someone put cozy, love, nostalgia, mystery, and independence in a blender and The overwhelming feeling in my stomach and my chest I got from it felt so amazing and I have never felt it since. But whenever I see paper mario ttyd referenced or see it somewhere I instantly feel a tiny bit of that emotion that I had gotten when I beat it in my new apartment. Such an important game to me.

@Shambo Thats actually really interesting that you still preferred the gba versions lol I bet your mind just got so use to them that It was comfortable enough to prefer them. Thats actually kinda cool.

Its not really a bad game but people always forget about it and call it mediocre. Wario World on gamecube. I have a problem. I play that game to completion like 6 times a year atleast lol. I feel like once every couple of months I want to blast through it. Its my favorite soundtrack of any game or movie the music is just crazy! and its a fun beat em up to play through and I love the enemy design! I know its short but its always had a place in my heart. I actually love it so much I created the Wario World sub reddit last year because I saw there was not one created yet lol. I think it has like 38 members now and tbh its probably the whole population that ever played Wario World so. Yea Im happy with those numbers lmfao.

@The-Nate Same as Greece. Im Greek American and love Nintendo but I was bummed out when I went to Greece. At the time they had the psvita and ps4s everywhere. (this was around 2015 the last time I went) but I legit could not find Nintendo products. Glad I live in the U.S at least there is plenty here lol

I actually prefer this to ring fit adventure mainly due to the fact that I have a ruptured disc in my back so my bones rub together and it makes any movement where I have to bend hurt alot if its continuous and ring fit has alot more motions like that. Fitness boxing has doging down with an uppercut but thats actually easy to cheat on I just kinda bend my knees with a straight back and then uppercut. So yea I like this more than ring fit but its due to a special case

@BananaMetallurgica The models look very slightly better, the voice acting is a tinyyy bit better and the music selection is a tiny bit better but I think the best improvment from 1 to 2 is the music selection. Not a huge upgrade to me atleast.

I don't buy it because right after he "left" all the other sonic universe voice actors were fired besides Eggman. Every time in the past when Sega wants to "renew" sonic for a new era they let go all the voice actors at once besides Eggman. Just like they did with the sonic adventure staff when sonic x came out. That's one heck of a coincidence That he was the only one that "quit" When everyone else was fired lol

It better be Martinet or the movie will suck and I wont see it. I have been playing mario all my life there is no other game series as good as Mario. Every game that has a voice for Mario its been Martinet. That would be the biggest slap in the face for fans if they didint have him.

Nintendo will probably get 4k support in like 2300 while everyone else will have 2000k by then let's be real lmfao. I know the switch is a hybrid but I use it only in docked mode and I have a 4k screen and it does suck to see how pretty my pc and Xbox series x and ps4 pro look running in 4k and then my switch is in 1080 p like its the year 2010 lol. I understand its a hybrid but for me the switch is just a home console. I have had it since 2017 on launch and I don't think its ever been out of the dock lol. But yea 1080p in 2021 is gross not gonna lie. At least give us 2k 2k is acceptable in my opinion. Nintendo should just release a 4k capable dock for the switch for like $100 that would fix everything.

@Zuljaras I'm pretty sure all controllers have drifting issues eventually. The same thing happened with the 360 controllers ps4 Xbox one and Xbox series x elite controller and the elite controller is like $200 lol.

I think Fire Emblem is a fantastic series but dear god I suck so hard at it I have tried and tried but I cannot get into it but I REALLLLLY want to lol im just so bad.

Breaking News Nintendo has just filed a lawsuit against Nintendo.

I had around 500 hours in Super Mario 3d world on Wii U so I'm definitely getting this day one. I think Super Mario 3d world is one of the most underrated Mario games. I love all the 3d Mario games and this one is great as well. Yes its more linear levels but it has SO MANY DAMN LEVELS and the music is just INCREDIBLE and on Wii U it just felt so good to play and control ( as mario anyways) its a 10/10 game for me and now that I can have it on the go, and Bowser's fury which looks amazing. I understand some people not caring about this but this is such a monumental release for me I just cant wait!

@MikeHiscoe No they can both be selected on their own on the main menu of the game at any time.

I hope its a sequel to Yooka Laylee 1. I love 3d platformers way more than 2d ones.

@nocdaes Because Sonic is still one of the most famous gaming series. Sonic Mania was not too long ago and that was fantastic. There is still hope Sega can make a good sonic game again. If not let the fans take it over and make a game like they did with Mania again.

@Mips I think Odyssey hit those same marks for me. I have completed Galaxy and Odyssey hundreds of times and love speed running both of them. But I do agree Galaxy does have some charm that Odyssey does not.

I love the switch but one thing I will miss forever is the Nintendo Home console designs. I loved every single one of them they look so beautiful. The switch looks kind of ... meh just in my dock lol

It had to be Super Mario Bros 3 or Super Mario World. I had to go with world. but to be honest all 2d Mario games are fantastic (yes even new Super Mario Bros series)

Mario Odyssey should be number one but at least its in the top 10. My favorite game of all time such a Masterpiece.

@Trajan I am pretty sure he has directed all the mainline mario games up to Galaxy 2. I dont think he directed odyssey but he over saw it in a lesser role but I could be wrong. I think he became less involved during the ending of the Wii U era and the early switch Era. However I know he was in Canada assisting the development of Luigis Mansion 3 to so maybe he is still pretty active.

I have over 2000 hours of Team Fortress 2 on PC and its the only PC game I really play besides Garrysmod lol. Mario Pikmin and Team Fortress 2 are the best. Nintendo and valve are the best this industry has to offer.

I often hear that Brazil is not the best place to be a gamer. I always hear them getting stuff super late or like botched versions of things like ps2 hacked games being sold as legit games there like Dragonball charectors in gta san andreas instead of CJ lol. Weird I wonder why that is.

@Alucard83 Micro SD cards are pretty cheap anymore compared to what the Ps5 and xbox series x use for storage they are leagues cheaper lol. I get what your saying but thats comparing apples to Oranges lol
