@MJKOP I really hope so, I already like playing SM3DL, MK7, Sonic Lost World, DKCR3D and others on my New 3DS XL

I'd love to buy a Wii U, though at the moment i can't afford to buy one.
When i do get one, i'm planning to buy: SM3DW, MK8, Sonic Lost World, Zelda Wind Waker HD, Donkey Kong Country: Deep Freeze and Pikmin 3 to name a few, as for Splatoon, it looks fun so i'll try it when i have the chance to

I'm surprised that Super Mario 3D Land and A Link Between Worlds were rated as highly as they were, they're my 2 fave 3DS games, although if i had to pick 5, i'd probably add Ocarina of Time, Luigi's Mansion 2, and Mario Kart 7.
I really couldn't think where to place Animal Crossing or Majora's Mask in my list of fave games. Kinda difficult when you have 30+ 3DS games.

I did wonder about when Grumblevolcano said about the error, and thought of what you said about already having them on your 3DS. Hmm...though i'd love to have some of those GBA games on 3DS as well
Though i own games like Metroid Fusion, Golden Sun, Minish Cap, and LTTP on both Snes and GBA, just would've been nice for all to be able to play them on 3DS

Are Nintendo ever going to let 3DS players have SNES games?
I'd love to have a few of them like Super Metroid playable on 3DS.
If there's not a New metroid game for the 3DS, please let us have SNES VC games as only being able to play Metroid 1 and 2 is annoying.
If it's not to much to ask, Nintendo, please can we have SNES VC games on the 3DS. PLEASE?

Unplayable? I'm not sure about about it being unplayable though i'm sure others would say otherwise, but it's not terrible, even without a map.
Ever heard of atmosphere?
I thought Metroid 2 has plenty of atmosphere, even in monochrome.
It's probably the one metroid game i've memorised quite well.

I would love to see Super Metroid 3D appear on the 3DS, but please don't give super metroid the Zero Mission or Fusion Treatment, i preferred the slightly floaty physics of Super Metroid, I would also say the same for Metroid 2 if they ever re made it.
But i'm also hoping Nintendo will also release Metroid Prime on the 3DS as well.
If you compare the New 3DS to the GameCube, last time i checked, the New 3DS was very much capable of doing what the GameCube could do, and more.

Since my new 3DS XL doesn't have access to this, i'm updating, but my original 3DS is not getting updated

I'm really enjoying the increased battery life of my New 3DS XL so far.
I've been getting around 5-6 hours with:3D on, Brightness at 4, Wifi off, Auto Brightness and Power saving off,
If i need more battery life, i have a 4000mAh battery pack and 3DS USB Charging cable i can use if I'm traveling. (Intempo PBS4000W) I know there's better ones.
Thread the cable to the battery from your bag or pocket and plug in to your 3DS when playing, just an idea

i'd try this on my 3DS, but i've already transferred all of my 3DS Games, and VC Games to my New 3DS XL, and this won't work on the new 3DS Hmmm....Annoying!!

I thought it was annoying they've limited the choice in certain regions, and made both Europe and the US wait until Feb 13th.
Though being in the UK, i decided to buy the New 3DS XL Australian model (From 365Games) as i didn't want to wait any more and the price wasn't much more than the current price when released.
I can't wait for delivery now xD

i know they're region free, i was more interested in the language translation, and if it was possible to do it to DS games.

Completely out of curiosity, i tried this little exploit to see if i could play a Japanese DS game i have and wondered if it would translate to english, i got the black screen, but the game didn't load.
Very nice to know I'll have to look into importing some US and Japanese games. Yay for exploits like this, Boo to thieves and pirates!

Whew, i didn't think i said any of that, although i'd love to get a Wii U, but for now i'm satisfied with my Gaming PC, and my 3DS...

Love your trolling attempt, although Nintendo could've picked a better name instead of "New Nintendo 3DS" for this hardware revision.

I'd say to anyone who's thinking of getting a 3DS would be better off waiting for 2015, when the new 3DS launches in EU/UK/US.
If there's enough of a drop in demand, they might decide to release the new console early. Hmmm...it might work.

After trying the demo for about 10 minutes i realised I've got mixed feeling about this as i've enjoyed previous 3D sonic games like:
Sonic Generations,
Sonic lost world 3ds version,
the potentially good but fatally flawed Sonic Unleashed
(Why the werehog thing, sega?)
and my other fave Sonic Adventure (Dreamcast), as well as other previous 2D sonic games.
I just feel sonic has become a shadow of his former self, ever since he looked more like an anime character, and lost a lot of his attitude, and become more annoying and obnoxious

I Won't complain about this as I've been playing the Steam version after deciding i'd waited long enough, I'd like to see how the 3DS version will fare against the steam version, 3D effect etc i'm Loving everything about this game so far, as well as the stellar chiptunes xD.

As a developer myself, I'm interested in this as I've always had an interest in seeing what can be done when a system security device has been circumvented, and in all honesty I'm not interested in piracy,but with the shady exception of emulating Games i legally own for the SNES for example, that would interest me greatly seeing as Nintendo, currently appears to have no intention of allowing SNES games to run on the 3DS, I'd welcome SNES virtual consoles games on the 3DS though, but as the expression goes, if needs must....i don't condone piracy or hacking to disrupt game services, shame on those who do

I Find Majora's mask's Time mechanic to be quite interesting myself, given there's 2 time states going on, then you have the song which returns you to the 1st day, great use of 1 item though I'm learning to code at the moment and i really like trying to fathom out what kind of code they'd have for each object in games that i like

I thought both this and the oracle series were fantastic games, i still have my physical copies boxed, and I'm astounded at how much each game is going for even on EBAY, definitely keeping hold of these, it'll be interesting to see what all my other Nintendo Knick Knacks and games are worth later on down the line

I would love to see just Super Metroid on the 3DS VC, but even if that never happens, I've always got my SNES and can still play it anytime i wanted

I'm really glad to have gotten 2 games from this very very brief sale, i bought Dream Team Bros and Lego City Undercover, i thought for a little while i wasn't going to receive my redeem codes especially for the price they were discounted to, so glad nintendo honoured these sales and everyone bought something good

and i think you've just skimmed past the part where i said "when travelling", and yes like most other adults i have a PC at home which i use for the same thing and other things like Software Development, Gaming, Web page development, and finally, i didn't really like Candy Crush, it just seemed like another clone of bejeweled

I have an iPhone 3GS which is all i see it as, a phone with the ability to do very light computing when travelling, ie: check emails, browsing internet, google maps, phone, text etc and maybe the odd play of fruit ninja or plants VS zombies.
To this day, i can't see how my smart phone could replace my 3DS for gaming, i play on my 3DS a lot more than i do my phone.

I love this series, but when can we have Super Mario Bros 3?...That's my all time fave NES Game

I much prefer Physical Copies of games and always have done, though i find having a 2nd copy of a game for multiplayer gaming (Mario Kart 7 for example) is quite handy.
So far i've bought a few games from the eShop but i do plan to buy physical copies as i've always felt owning a Digital copy just left me a feeling of emptiness, don't know if i'm the only one with this view.
