A number of third-party titles for Switch are often leaked via classification boards ahead of their official announcements, and now it looks like two more have been spotted. Following on from various listings such as Metro Redux and the Bioshock Collection, Catherine: Full Body and the XCOM 2 Collection have now been rated for Nintendo's hybrid platform.
These listings both popped up on the South Korean Ratings Board. Interestingly, the age rating for Catherine: Full Body pre-dates the recent survey Atlus shared with fans, which asked what games the Japanese company should port to the Switch. As you might recall, this PlayStation 4 and PS Vita exclusive was one of the titles mentioned.
As for the XCOM 2 Collection – it's comprised of the base game and multiple DLC packs. According to the Steam listing, it includes the following: Resistance Warrior Pack, Reinforcement Pack, War of the Chosen - Tactical Legacy Pack, and War of the Chosen. It's also worth noting how it's handled by the same publisher as the Bioshock Collection, 2K Games.
As highlighted by GameXplain, any rating for a game normally indicates an announcement or release date isn't too far away. Until we get a more official confirmation, though, tell us in the comments if you'd be interested in playing either – or both – of these games on the Switch.

Direct... For the love of all things just put us out of our misery!
Yes, bring Catherine and Persona 5 to the Switch, i've been waiting for a Switch version to finally play those games
Yes I would take both of these!
Maybe this time I won't rage quit Xcom 2.
Finally Atlus survey make sense, still haven't give us the games we want but this is a good start.
Nice! Heard it had a bad english translation or something, don't remember how bad it was, so might import the Japanese version after looking it up again.
Direct this Thursday (20th) precisely one month before Animal Crossing would make SO MUCH sense.
It's seems like Atlus is doing everything possible to get Joker on the switch without Persona 5 (Royal)
@RazumikhinPG based on various factors, I also get the feeling there will be one this week coming. Would be great if true.
XCOM 2! Yes! Bring it now!
Yes, more Atlus ports, please.
Honestly Persona doesn't seem so unlikely now
It may be that they made that survey to gauge interest from fans while working on these ports in secret considering the timing of this leak
Considering Persona 5 is so far, the only mainline title not to have a handheld equivalent a Switch version as the survey gauged interest in may be in the works to remedy that
And considering they're porting Full Body to Switch instead of vanilla Catherine like on Steam, I wouldn't rule out the PSP remakes of 1/2 Innocent Sin (Eternal Punishment?) or P3 FES, P4 Golden and P5 Royal
Want to try XCOM
I still dream of GTA V
With XCOM on a handheld I guess I can wave goodbye to sleep.
XCOM series is AWESOME. Have 1000's of hours on PC, will buy day 1.
Well this is amazing news. I was at the point where I assumed Atlus and 2K were just going to ignore the Switch.
Not played an XCOM before but I’ve heard that XCOM 2 is amazing so will definitely be looking into getting it at some point.
I may check out XCOM at some point, but tbh I'm more interested in Catherine: Full Body. I watched a no commentary playthrough back when it first released and liked how wacky it was.
Great news, interested in both for sure. Hopefully this is only the beginning of Atlus ports on Switch.
I'm up for Catherine on Switch. Wanted to get it on PS4 before I traded it in, but didn't get too so I'm happy to see this.
Xcom 2, yes. Also the first xcom please.
XCOM on a Nintendo machine is quite something. One of the greatest squad games ever made.
Catherine is a fantastic game. I had it on the 360 and bought the Premium edition for the PS4. I won't be buying the switch version but I do hope it comes over to the west.
I doubt the survey had anything to do with Catherine possibly coming to Switch likely could have been a timed exclusive on PS4 for 1 year
@BlueBlur101 If they were to port over Persona 3 I hope they add the best features of Fes and P3P.
XCOM 2 on the Switch. I've been wishing for this ever since the Switch got released. Now I'll finally be able to say goodbye to full nights of sleep! YES YES YES!!!!
Catherine was surprisingly fun and the soundtrack was super amazing but I don't really feel the need of playing it over again even with the added content.
XCOM though, as a fan of turn-based strategy I've always had something of an interest towards it, I tried getting into it at some point but my PC couldn't run it at levels that I would deem passable. I would almost certainly get this if it came on the Switch.
I don’t really care for Catherine, personally, but happy for those who like this type of game, but I am very exited about the X-Com 2 Collection possibly coming to Switch!
If I didn't have XCOM on PC already I'd buy this day one. Such a great game for those that love strategy, turn-based combat.
Xcom2 on the switch? YES PLEASE!
I dont care about XCOM but Catherine coming is great news for me, might mean Atlus would put out more of their games on Switch.
Xcom 2 would be perfect on a portable.
Really enjoyed Catherine on PC, so would definitely grab this version. Xcom 2 is a no brainer. I still play the first on my phone and Vita.
Catherine seems to be an interesting game, but I don't know if it's for me. But I hope this means we'll get more Atlus games soon.
Xcom 2? Superb! Proper Handheld gear that.
Keen to check out Catherine after hearing about it on last week's How did this get played podcast.
Also, can't wait for XCOM 2. Sounds like just my sort of game
Catherine: Full Body? Definitely picking it up for Switch. i'll probably just get XCOM 2 on PC.
It's worth pointing out this leak refers to the Ps4/ Ps Vita exclusive Full Body, the original is the one available on Pc and Xbox 360, the article makes it seem like it's the same version across all platforms. Now P5R doesn't seem impossible and could mean Atlus is finally taking into consideration the surveys they've made for years
@Quarth It's basically a puzzle game with dialogue choices, it features multiple endings and this version in particular adds a new character and an expanded storyline with its corresponding new ending
@Kr96 Cool! Is the story any good? The game seems to have some mature themes.
Catherine really is quite something... dark, menacing, unsettling, nightmarish... and really, really hard. Had me tearing my hair out at points.
I would strongly advice against Xcom 2. That game can steal your life away like a bad drug, and in handheld could cost you your Partner, your Job and your Kids.... And I'm only half joking. There is no way I'm going to risk getting sucked back in.... 😎
By the time this Direct drops we'll already know about half of the games through leaks. What the hell is going on at Nintendo?
@TooBarFoo so have your partner if you have one enable parental controls and your problem is solved.
I foresee a lot of Switches getting broken as frustrated XCOM 2 players fling the console at the wall.
"It's impossible to miss two 90% chance shots in a row!" (Pro tip: No it's not.)
@Quarth It does have mature themes, the central one is about Vincent, the main character, and his fear of commitment despite being dating his girlfriend (Katherine, brown haired woman) for several years. Then enters Catherine (blond woman), stuff happens and Vincent finds himself having recurring nightmares where he appears with sheep horns, that's when the gameplay segments come. Depending on your choices you can end up with one girl or the other, not sure what's the deal with the new character Qatherine (pink haired girl), and yes all three have the same name. I recommend you watch some gameplay to see if you like it
I don't know about the Xcom games, never played them or watched anyone play them. But Catherine has been interesting for a while and I'd pick it up!
@SilentHunter382 "If they were to port over Persona 3 I hope they add the best features of Fes and P3P."
I say exactly this everytime someone even whispers P3!
It has the best story IMO, just needs a remaster with P5 aesthetics, the best exclusive aspects of FES and P3P brought together finally, and I don't care, charge twice as much for it... I'll still buy it!
@ObsidianEleven - That's a brave thing to say for someone in Switch Taxxing distance.
I’d buy both of these in a heartbeat. And if it meant Atlus would bring P4G and P5R to Switch, I’d buy ten copies!
[NOTE] I really want Atlus to release their Vanillaware games on Switch, too. Odin Sphere and Dragon’s Crown are as fabulous to look at as they are to play!
Let's open those Atlus floodgates!
Yahhhh, now let's get Persona 5 also.
P5 even without the royal treatment would be cool. I got vanilla Catherine on PS3, love the anime, story elements not crazy about the puzzles-mini games. May be better on portable. P3 and P4 are both great games (got them on PSP and PS Vita though)
I can't find anything in the original sources about Catherine.
@Paraka
If happily pay those Switch taxes for one of my favourite games!
I bought a second PS4 and 3DS, just because both consoles had Monster Hunter editions. I'm always spending more money than I need to for silly reasons.
Played Full Body on Vita last year but I would support a Switch version! Seems like a smart choice seeming as they can make it a midpoint between the Vita/PS4 versions.
...hopefully Catherine isn't the only series Atlus starts porting to PC and Switch
Yes to both for me.
I love Catherine, but I haven’t played Full Body. A Switch release would be an easy buy for me.
I want both of these. Heard a lot about Catherine and am intrigued. And I played a fair bit of XCOM but never bought the sequel.
@Kr96 So it's kinda nightmarish. Will look it up. Thanks!
I just recently got the XCOM 2 Deluxe Edition for the PS4 during sale. It is quite amazing O: (or frustrating)
But, they have to optimize/downgrade it a lot for the Switch.
All I want is XCOM2 (especially since there are no other games that even come close to it in its field! .... which is odd that by now we can’t have any contenders...)
Must come to North America please!!!!!
I swear if we get six straight months of trailers for this Catherine trash like we did when it came out on PS4 I'm gonna riot. Bring us P5!
At this point I'm starting to think Atlus are a bunch of trolls.
No Persona 5 or 4 Golden. No SMT V news in three years.
But here's a Persona 5 hack n slash spinoff and Catherine.
Oh joy!
I'm real hyped for XCom 2 tho.
I passed on both games, but was hoping for XCOM on the Switch.
Nice though I prefer Mario+Rabbids to XCOM!
Doesn't Catherine contain anti trans BS!
Interested to see how xcom performs on switch. PS4 version had problems.
XCOM 2 very intriguing
Not that interested in XCOM, but being able to play Catherine on my TV is very intriguing. 🙂
Catherine would be day 1 for me. Atlus focussing on Switch makes so much sense once their teams get used to devolving and porting for it.
So good if true
Incoming "digital only" announcement
XCOM 2 would be a day 1 for me! Loved the game on Steam but never played the DLC.
@kobashi100 Oh yeah, big time. Not only was the original Catherine transphobic, but the remake doubled down on it so hard that the localization team had to go the extra mile to make it even mildly acceptable in the English release. It's still awful in Japanese though, so it's still not worth giving them money.
Don't you dare tease me that xcom 2 is coming to the Switch. It's easily my favorite game. I haven't played it in forever, but have been itching for xcom 3....
Liked Catherine, though some of the climbing sections I'd never like to play ever again.
And with XCOM, yes, give it all to me and I'll buy it all. I'd be overjoyed with Enemy Within, but I'd still be very happy with 2.
Day one purchase for Catherine even though I own it on 360 and PC already.
@tobibra Nah the translation is great actually afaik
