I think its obvious I was exaggerating but my point rains that the large majority of PS/Xbox owners are looking forward to OTHER racers as opposed to some indie racer. It has been polled on their website which versions have the most interest and Wii U won by a LARGE margin. There is no competition, a larger awareness/more interest and players starved for content on Wii U...yet that is the very platform they give the least amount of attention. Mind boggling. Sales will speak for themselves.

They need to realize NO ONE wants this game on PS or Xbox. Their ONLY source of real hype and anticipation has been from the Wii U crowd. And yet that is the very audience they choose to ignore and disrespect....such idiots. They are going to fail so hard with this game. I see it now...another Watch_Dogs in the making except no success on ANY platform.

Bizzyb commented on Wii U Version of Watch Dogs to Miss Out on DLC:

@Akira_1975 I have been saying for the longest time that I truly do believe that MS (and possibly Sony) developed a Nintendo NON Parity agreement with all other major publishers. There was a point in time when Wii U would be expected to have "definitive" versions of games, I.e. same (basic) visuals, same content, BUT with unique gameplay elements only possible with gamepad.

MS was already having issues with parity on PS4 games (there is an unofficial ps4 parity clause that states developers can't make games that look significantly better on PS4). So what was MS to do? Tell publishers that Wii U versions of games can't have all of the content/features. Its basically sabotage. I can't think of any other reason that Wii U versions all of a sudden CONSTANTLY were missing features and content, for no real reason.

I really hope all of these publishers fall flat on their faces and realize how shortsighted it was to screw an entire user base over like they've been doing.

Ubisoft entire handling of the game on Wii U...disturbingly unprofessional, and that's not being hyperbolic either. It's a damn shame they can't even at least go out on Wii U with some damn dignity. Completely spitting on the face of millions of potential customers. Can't even be bothered to show ONE screenshot or give ONE interview. This really makes them look bad as an entire organization. I'm canceling my pre order. Might get it when $20

@Geonjaha Wind Waker made it abundantly clear that there WAS a connection to OOT. Then Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks Were direct sequels. A Link Between Worlds, clearly has ties to ALttP. Lastly, Skyward Sword makes the foundation for the origin of Zelda, Link, and Ganon's reincarnations. Nintendo knew what they were doing with this timeline stuff

Bizzyb commented on Watch Dogs Wii U Release Dates Confirmed:

Thank You Ubisoft for not being cruddy and doing something like a stealth release.

Now, all you need to do is announce DLC support and/or a reduced price and you just may actually get gamers to care again...but of course you WON'T do that bc it makes too much sense and would actually give the game a chance.

This game had such a beautiful soundtrack. Haunting, soothing, and heart pounding tunes were all present. The rest of the game was rough around the edges but it was hard to deny how impressive the open world was back then.

So many different vehicles you could use...from jeeps to bikes and even jet fighters! Definitely one of the most underrated and hidden gems of the N64

Bizzyb commented on Project CARS Wii U Delay Was To Ensure It's As...:

Wii U owners are TIRED of being treated as 2nd class citizens. We are probably some of the most passionate and dedicated consumers out there. Yet 3rd parties always try to find a way to slight us and treat us blatantly disrespectful. Yet they expect us to lap up every and anything they toss us. As if we "ought to be grateful". Ive never seen such complete and utter brashness and disconnect between a product provider and its consumer.

It makes me upset just thinking about it.

@BensonUii Hilarious.

I'm really looking forward to the improved 3D viewing annd faster CPU. I always wondered what the 3DS could do if it had a bit more processing power. Also the inclusion of the c stick really helps for several games. This is basically a MH machine, but that's fine, hopefully more games will use the c stick

I remember when I got Melee and Brawl on release day...there's something very special about that moment you finally put your hands on the newest Smash Bros....you just know you're in for hours upon hour of pure gaming bliss.

I look forward to that feeling again this October and again in November/December

Even if you don't play these games, you can't deny the importance of having big name brand games on your platform. This is essentially the inndustry completely bailing on Nintendo. This sends a message that if you want these games don't buy Nintendo. Even when things were bad they were never THIS bad. Nintendo cannot (in the console space) survive off of just their own 1st party. You have to build a diverse compelling lineup and they simply can do that alone...

Bizzyb commented on Alone In The Dark is Set for Yet Another Comeback:

Why even bother talking about 3rd party games anymore...it's becoming clear the industry doesn't want to have anything to do with Nintendo anymore. Outside of a few hits on 3DS even japanese publishers are scaling back support.

Bizzyb commented on Watch Dogs Will be the Only "Mature" Ubisoft G...:

@Jazzer94 Maybe more people would have bought their games if there were some form of parity. They always cut out some feature or removed content. Not to mention they NEVER talked about the Wii U versions in previews. Never once mentioned how they were taking advantage of the gamepad or system hardware or anything. You'd be hard pressed to know Wii U versions even existed

Look at Watchdogs. We still have no idea when the game is releasing or what it's doing different on Wii U. They put put the bare minimum of effort into the Wii U versions and expect them to do well.

People say "they tried", but did they really? Just releasing the game doesn't count as really trying in my book.

@Nestalgic The hacking scene is no joke. These kinds of updates are basically anti piracy/security updates.

Homebrew channel was the best thing to come out of the Wii, but the piracy scene practically made the Wii shop useless. I know this firsthand...

This gen is all about up ports and remasters. That should tell you how bad the situation is. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if MS and Sony have made backdoor dealings with publishers regarding Nintendo. Its almost as if there is an incentive nowadays to NOT put your game on Wii U. If true I hope everyone gets exactly what's coming to them. Of course I hope I'm completely wrong.

Not liking this DLC setup at all. Retailer specific content is THE WORST. I'm sorry but no gamer with half a brain thinks this kind of DLC is Ok. Its very anti consumer and only serves to hurt the consumer. Why would Nintendo ever go for this??

@noctowl It is rather disappointing. The whole process to redeem points takes a good amount of time, not to mention a lot oof money to be spent....I'm starting to get the idea that Nintendo is trying to save money and headaches.

I remember the Luigi's Mansion prize being "sold out" within a day. Maybe it just wasn't a profitable or worthwhile experience for Nintendo....

I absolutely love the Wii U's multimedia capabilities. So many times I lie in bed, Gamepad rested on my pillowed stomach/chest, TV off, watching Netflix, YouTube, or browsing the web, before going to bed.

That's just something I never knew I'd want out of a console yet here I am, loving that ability. I don't even like tablets, but I love that the Wii U offers me access to everything I would previously NEED a laptop or TV for, when and wherever I want (within limits)

Nintendo has already shown that the Wii U is capable of this in several trailers but I agree that they should try harder. The system does SO much more than MS and Sonys machines yet I guarantee the general gaming public has no idea.

Bullcrap....because they didn't have Playstation Plus accounts?? Lots of people who oowned either a PS3 or 360 didn't have Plus accounts. What exactly would draw Wii Owners to PS4? Games like Second Son? Knack?
