Platform hijinks in DoReMi Fantasy

DoReMi Fantasy: Milon’s DokiDoki Adventure is the sequel to Milon's Secret Castle on the NES. Whilst the original game was undoubtedly great when it first came out, time hasn’t been so kind to it. By comparison it is a joy to play the SNES sequel which in terms of level design, visuals, concept and execution is hard to fault. It deserves to be recognised as one of the best platformers which the SNES has to offer. Miss this at your peril.

Puyo Puyo 2: Tsuu is a bit less essential as the Virtual Console already has Mean Bean Machine and Kirby’s Avalanche which are both quite similar in concept. We’re going to stick our necks out on the lines however and suggest that Puyo Puyo 2 is probably the best of the bunch. Have a read of Damo’s review and make up your own mind.
