You all know what I'm going to say, but here goes anyway:

All this stuff is on the list. There's a lot of stuff we want to implement this year and I can assure you that revamped forums are certainly on our to-do list. Although we can't introduce every feature that's requested we do genuinely take your requests onboard and we'll do our best to get the site updated as soon as we can.

Other than a search function, I don't think too much really needs to be changed much. I think the forums are just fine.

I like the style here, but then I still have my Megadrive attached to the TV... technological determinism gets on my nerves.

I didn't know that, but it's nice to see you guys plan on making changes.

oh yeah, another reason why these forums are better is because they dont include signatures that look like this:

I agree with everything briunj04 said. No image sigs, please. Or at the very least force them down to a small size (one old forum I used to visit enforced a 400*100 pixel maximum size rule which worked fairly well)

Forum Search

These forums are fine by me. Only forums I visit, because it's not overrun with A holes yet.

This looks like it's not done yet. The member list isn't entirely filled out and I don't think there's a link to it yet.
But at least it's being worked on.

Suggestion: Use AJAX to make username suggestions rather than a drop-down list with every single member in it.

Is there such a thread yet? And I don't think the forum search is working. At least not for me. And what does "or find when empty" mean exactly?

Minimalism FTW!!

I really love NintendoLife. It's the only forums I visit every single day, even if I don't post, I like to read up on whats going on. The only thing I would like is the ability to private message people, so it would be easier to talk about trading or giving friend codes...other than that its perfect. It's like anti-GaiaOnline (seriously...worst. site. ever.)

These fourms are awesome.
